Had a great experience here. We got a table for 2 no problem. The service was brilliant. All the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. We got the classic platter to share which was absolutely brilliant. Tasty, filling and great quality. We would travel up to Glasgow just for this, absolutely no problem. The place has a great atmosphere. It's really clean and there's a great selection of drinks. My fiancé loves German beer whereas I'm a wine drinker (though I did try the raspberry radler, which was nice!). We both had a lovely time here and found the prices reasonable too.
Really nice place! The staff was very friendly and the food was well prepared and very fresh. It is also dog-friendly which is fantastic!
We went out on a Friday and have to say I can’t fault it. Atmosphere was 10/10 from the moment you walked in. We ordered the Wurst Platter and BBQ loaded fries and they were absolutely amazing. Tried the Löwenbrau and that was great too! Overall 10/10 would heavily recommend.
Great place to go if you are into beer or even if you are not, like me, the staff will help introduce you to beers and recommend certain ones. Loved this place so much we went there 3 times in a row! The band was very good. Such a great atmosphere!
I came here because I read a review saying that they are dog friendly and they really love dogs! They took great care of us. Outstanding service and great food. Amazing cocktails!

We had beer flights which are a good way to try new beers
Also a good whisky selection for my dad
Didn't have food but everything looked good as a large group were in for dinner
The toilets are very cool as it's an old bank and vault details have been retained
Amazing German beer Hall! We were let down by the sharing platter, it was cold and all the fried items were so oily, the Americans were ready to invade! I will definitely give them an other shot. The live music was brilliant 👏
Quite possibly the best bar in Scotland, unreal choice of Quality German Beer's, great atmosphere and decor and the food was top notch too. Deffo will be back again, and again, and again.......
We all love this place! One of our top favourite restaurants. Great place for their beer and the food is beautiful. always put on a fantastic Oktoberfest very much enjoy it as well good atmosphere. staff are very welcoming plus understanding to people with autism.
Love the decor and service, food is good but sadly our Schnitzels were overdone and a bit dry. Sauerkraut was cold - I expected hot but still tasty, we ordered some as a side dish as menu didn't say that the meal came with some - waiter was happy to take it back so no problem there. Overall very happy and will be back in May. Beer selection is great by the way! 😁👍🍺
Service was good and food was nice, we went for a sharing platter and honestly it was nice but thinking we should have had separate meals. Just wasn't enough for the price. Onion rings were very tasty though.
I love these German Beer Hall type pubs, so will definitely be revisiting and will be trying something different, as was quite jealous looking at other patrons meals!
Nice place for quick hangout. Have good list of beers and whiskeys available. Service is great and attentive to the comsumers. Very less wait time between order placement and order delivery.

Great beer and very nice food although the goujons, which used to be out of this world are just average now.
Noticed they charge a service charge too, which I don't like. Hopefully this is new as I always leave a good tip.
What can I say? This was a fabulous night out! We booked a Saturday evening table for 8 of us, no issue when we had to drop to 7 last min.
The place was busy but the staff made time for us, no issues there. My friends loved the beer and combinations, I however really appreciated the cocktails. We felt very spoilt.
Food was amazing. Superb quality and portions were huge! Lived the sauerkraut, need more please! My pork knuckle was tender and perfect amount of crackling on top. I felt like an animal ripping into it haha.
The atmosphere was a bit loud but it was fun. There was a band playing every 20-30 mins or so, that would play a quick cover of a pop song. Brilliant! Sang along as much as we could.
All in all an amazing night. We had a blast and the waiter was cheery too. Left with a full stomach and a load of laughs and memories 🤍
The range of drinks was mind boggling. Food was ok, felt like some of it may have been microwaved to warm. Service from staff was good, the building was amazing.

Favourite place for great German beer in Glasgow. You pay for what you get and the wheat beer selection is phenomenal. The outside seating area is great if you can catch it on a good day.
Lovely interior and atmosphere with very friendly staff. Beers and food (I had a cheeseburger) are fantastic. Bit on the expensive side (cheapest pint at 4% is £5) though but excusable as all the beers are imported from abroad and delicious. Advance booking is pretty much mandatory though as the place gets quite busy.
A visit is definitely recommended.
