This place is one of my favorite places to grab a burger!
Couldn't resist but to go twice while my visit in Scotland..
Meat is so good and fresh.. Fries were amazing and the milkshake was really yummy
Wow..i was quite impressed with this NY chain. Tried its bacon burger and bunless bacon hotdog (yes you can order bunless here 😀). You can choose any selection of 15 vegetables and sauce to put in your order, such as lettuce, jalapeno, mushroom, mustard, tomato ketchup, etc.. The burger was good but the bunless hotdog was even better. It was sausage and bacon wrapped in lettuce. You will taste a very crispy hotdog, coming from the crisp of fresh lettuce topped with crispy bacon.. Ooh, the fries was good too, freshly cut and fried.
If you’re looking for a quality American burger, this is the place! It’s no shake shack, and it’s very much a fast food joint, but it’s fun and tasty! Get some Cajun fries.
the go -to place for a mouth-watering burger ! i always get the cheeseburger and add to it but everything is just delicious . yes prices are high but not unreasonably since the food is so good , the drinks can be refilled and you get free peanuts for starters ! a great plus is the setup and the music !
You get exactly what is expected from an American fast food franchise.
The food is tasty and the organisation and the space are really pleasant.
The only thing making it less attractive is the prices, which are unreasonbly high.
Went to Five guys with my mates , I went specifically for fast food..food was great, good service..a great place for some quick fast junk food
if you are after a cheap burger, this IS NOT the place for you
the meat is fresh, every order is made to order, the SMALL fries and JUNIOR burger are more than most can manage for a lunch, the small fries are more than double the size of burger king's large
the junior burger is 1 meat patty, about the size of a quarter pounder, but the meat is FAR better
as for the choose your toppings, no place comes close
a NORMAL burger is 2 patties, so like a big mac made with quarter pounders patties.
unlike burger king, they don't use a microwave to reheat the burgers and melt the cheese
(yes burger king assemble the burgers, wrap them and microwave them, char grilled at first but reheated by microwave)
and IF your not full, help your self to some roasted peanuts, there's boxes everyplace.
my only down points
CHECK where the todays potatoes are from, the days when they are from Moorlands farm are not the best
NO wifi? come on, great music, great food, but no wifi?
Very fast and quality food. Extremely expensive but they almost make up for it in the amount of extra fries they chuck in the bag. Its almost a perfect mix of fast food and a proper food they just got to nail the pricing cause £15 for a burger chips and a drink is ridiculous
For a no frills tasty burger Five Guys Burgers and Fries is definitely your guy! The Dayum Five Guys video is one of my most watched YouTube videos ? and was one of the reasons I sought out Five Guys when I visited the U.S.
The Glasgow branch does what it says on the tin, the burgers and fries are really tasty! I'm a bacon cheeseburger gal- pickles and mushrooms are a must too! But I do think it's pretty pricey for what it is, thankfully they're really tasty!
A high point for me is the Coca Cola Freestyle machine! Peach Fanta zero and Coke Zero Cherry Vanilla come to me ? Five Guys is one of my go-to choices for the perfect burger though, maybe I'll try a different burger next time... Maybe.

if you want a quick cheep burger then this isn't for you, but if you want a real American burger this is for you. The burgers are made to order you pick what you want on them not someone following a picture.
Your meal comes in a brown bag it's not the neatest way to reserve it but its the American way. A great meal and the unlimited drinks is a great idea.

Food was a lot better than I expected, we got a mountain of fries and man are they good fries.
Burger was very nice and the extras were good.
Nice surroundings to eat in. Clean and no litter.
One tip, keep your receipt in this restaurant as you need a code for the loo.
Overall I am impressed it is a bit dearer than other burger bars but I didn't feel ripped off do that must say something about the quality of the food.
First time visit on Monday with my son and daughter in law…. The service we received from Megan was absolutely fantastic, she’s a credit to yous. Oh and the burgers were top notch too! Yous really need a place in Falkirk!
I’ve had five guys in numerous us states but it has never been as good as the Glasgow location. Not sure why, but this place consistently delivers. Conveniently located so I can swing by after a train journey to Queen street station.
What's not to love? Real burgers, fresh ingredients, perfect fries and quick, friendly service.
I ordered the mini bacon cheeseburger and a regular salted fries with a coke. I couldn't fault it one bit. So much flavour from the burger alone 😋

Yes, the Burgers are pricey, but you get what you pay for. The burgers you get from other well known fast food burger joints just do not compare to Five Guys.
First off, you dont get a tiny, thin bit of meat that is passed off as a decent patty or a dry sesame seed bun. You get to choose from a wide range of toppings, and have as many as you like. The fries are beautifully cooked with a nice seasoning and, according to my wife, the Peanut Butter Milkshake was to die for.
As the Burgers are freshly cooked, and can take a bit of time, you have the option of grabbing a tray and helping yourself to free peanuts.
Getting back to issue of the price, we initially looked at the menu of the 2 American Restaurants around the corner, and Five Guys is actually the cheapest out of the 3, and as we have eaten here before, it was a case of "the devil you know" for a few quid less.
The criticism, and a few reviewers have mentioned this, is that the music inside always seems to be very loud... so this is not an ideal place if you wish to converse with family/friends. The second, are the prices of a bottle of beer, which are O2 Arena type prices. Anyway, as I was in an American Burger joint, I thought I would try an American Beer. The one that caught my eye was a 330ml bottle of 'Brooklyn Lager', but unfortunately, it wasn't a very pleasant drink, and it was £5 wasted.
Well, there weren't Five guys. They did have some good burgers though.
The strawberry milkshake was awesome. Don't know if I'm convinced about the addition of bacon as an extra to the shake, Was tasty, but the bacon bits were a bit too big to sook through the straw
Comfort food place where I know for sure to be good 👍 Soft buns, meaty patty, juicy, great options for extra toppings for free. All staff are super kind all the time. + They give a massive amount of chips even if you order small one. How can I not love it.
We went in a group on Sunday 16/07 and really enjoyed it. The burgers were so tasty and the 5 guys staff were so friendly and helpful. The milkshakes were to die for too 😋
Absolutely one of the best burgers in Glasgow city centre.
Highly recommended.
They have some indoor places in the first floor and the basement as well.
The staff are very friendly and it’s really busy during the weekend.
