The Mallard - Glasgow - Photo album

Really like this place, good cocktails - good decent too, had the pizza it was nice, not amazing but overall the experience was great, good service too, very friendly.
Lovely food and great drinks in a pub with a good atmosphere. Owner and staff were friendly, chatting to us throughout the evening. We have overlooked The Mallard in the past but we'll definitely come back.
Came for anniversary meal. Really nice and comfortable interior with the friendliest staff you'll ever meet. Food was good, but not exceptional. I had the harissa chicken pizza, which was really fresh tasting but was overly flavoured by the tomato puree. I had a side of onion rings, which were tasty
First time here since it changed. Great staff, owner really friendly and approachable. We started with Gin and moved to cocktails, well served and delicious. Such a nice restaurant with an interesting menu that we've booked a table for Sunday.
Pleasant bar and restaurant with modern decor and extensive beer and wine available. Cocktails looked inviting as did the dinner menu but we only did in for drinks on a quiet Wednesday. We are made very welcome by friendly staff. Looking forward to going back for a longer visit.
Really great place! My friend and I arrived >15mins late for a Groupon booking but we were still warmly received. The waitress Rebecca was fabulous even though we took ages havering over the menu. Food is out of this world with hearty gut filling portions. Amazing atmosphere. Will be back!
Great cozy environment with nice chilled music. Good choice of drinks from cocktails to a few beers, ciders also available. Very good service and polite staff. The food was absolutely delicious!
Popped in for a drink and some food. Nice menu, good quality food and friendly service. Liked the ambience, choice of drinks from beers to wines and cocktails. Not a budget place, but worth it. Will visit again.
Too many of the owners family and children taking up the bar and their poor dog consigned to the car, just for being friendly. All of the other bars in Great Western Road are very dog friendly. Otherwise, we usually like this place when it's not full of liggers.
Had a fantastic meal. Food is gorgeous. Party in my tummy. Staff couldn't have been more accommodating . Making it a special experience. Thank you so much.
Had a fantastic meal there tonight. Very tasty quality food way above average standard. Will definitely be returning soon!
Great addition to the neighbourhood. Hope it kicks start a mini Finnieston style revival. Food is great. Recommend the pizzas and the crumble dessert.
My first vist the mallard did not leave me feeling out for a duck, far from it, the children and I felt Very welcome by the friendly efficient way our needs were catered for with a very tasty meal. Thanks
Nice, cosy bar with good selection of cocktails. The food was tasty too and not too expensive.
Sensational lamb tagine....my partner had the pizza witch looked "straight outta naples".....lovely coktails and great service....definetely recommend to friends and family
Great addition to the area. Lovely decor, friendly staff and really good food. Will return!
