Had both a lunch and dinner visit. The quality of the food is high and very tasty. Prices are reasonable too. Friendly staff and a mini museum on-site.

Fintry Sports and Recreation Club is one of those exceptional institutions that you occasionally come across. The extensive premises include rugby pitches and a super indoor bowling facility. But the club does not only cater to sports events, it is also a widely used social centre for the people of Fintry and the surrounding area. Fintry is on one of our cycling routes out of Stirling, and we always call in for refreshments. There is a wide selection of snacks, rolls, sandwiches, cakes and beverages available. The staff are friendly and helpful and the place is clean and comfortable. A little jewel!

Cane here for breakfast, cracking menu and I'm definite coming back to sample some of the dishes on offer.
Have to admit to taking 3 different bits of home baking when we were seeing our bill. Totally coming back for more of the home baking too...

Really nice community organisation. We dropped in after a walk, good food and great service. Give it a go you won't be disappointed

WELL WORTH VISITING.
We popped in to visit the local community-run museum. Very interesting snapshot of the history of the area. Free to enter too! Whilst there, we ate in the restaurant. The staff could not have been more helpful or friendlier. The food was delicious and very well-priced. We'll be back. Well done folks!

John and his team in the bar were great. We were guests at Campsie Glen just along the road. We went for several walks and the Sports & recreation centre was very handy. Luncheon a couple of times and also a nice spot for quenching your thirst.
There's a handy shop inside also run by John, great for last minute things like bacon, meat selection, fresh local veg, kitchen bits n bobs and so much more.
Not being a 'local' I can't comment on too much more, however...it seems really popular locally and the noticeboard is packed with events club news for rugby, squash, indoor bowling and so much more.
Cheers John 😁👍
