Citation

Myself and my husband had our wedding in Citation last month and we had the most magical, memorable day! From our very first meeting with the fabulous Pauline, who was a dream to plan our wedding with. Nothing was too much for her and she was there with us on our whole journey. A shining star🌟 A big thank you also to Gaisey, Kim and the whole team on our wedding day. They all went above and beyond for ourselves and our guests. Such a personal touch😊 I can’t recommend Citation enough. Both ourselves and our guests had the most amazing day. We just got married at Citation in August 2023 and had the best day! The staff on the day were amazing and very attentive. A big shout out to Casey for running things so well on the day. Also, a big thank you to Pauline for organising the day and thinking of all the little things before we even realised we needed them! We can't recommend Citation enough. If you are thinking of getting married in Glasgow then you should definitely consider this venue.

We absolutely loved holding our wedding reception at Citation...we just have one specific suggestion for others planning their event. Citation is a stunning venue, inside and out. But what truly set our experience above and beyond, were the employees and their careful attention to detail. Pauline was fabulous to work with, and each person there the night of our reception took time to make guests feel welcome. We did upgrade our package, at the suggestion of Citation's staff, to one bottle of wine per person at dinner (or the equivalent of beer). We were certain we wouldn't need that much, and we were guaranteed that whatever we didn't use would count towards our bar tab. As it turns out, Citation does not keep track of the amount of wine/beer consumed at dinner. We were told it probably amounted to what we paid for, so we did not receive any kind of bar credit. However, we are nearly positive we did not go through 112 bottles of wine at dinner (or the equivalent of beers.). We know several guests weren't drinking at all. We would still recommend anyone book Citation for their event! However, do not upgrade your alcohol package...or if you do, ask that they keep track of the amount your guests consume. We really did love our experience at Citation, and know that other couples planning their special day will be happy if they book this venue!

I was here for my nephew's wedding and was absolutely fantastic. Very nice atmosphere and decor is first class. Made to feel very welcome, and staff were helpful and friendly. The full day was done to a very high standard, from service to the food (which was exceptional). I would recommend this venue to anybody. Hope to be back soon at some point in the future.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Louize was fantastic all the way from our planning stages, until our wedding day! She made us feel comfortable, relaxed and that was nothing was ever a problem. Louize is true professional at her job no stone was left unturned, she is on-it!!!! All our guest were raving about the food, so a massive thank you to the chef for providing everyone with a mouth watering amazing meal!! The staff were all pleasant & friendly with speedy service at the bar. I would definitely book another event here. Our customer journey was exceptional.
