Had a really tasty meal here! 1 star lost on service as had to get drink cups ourselves as ordered on the app and they never arrived but overall still great. 20 min wait for a table but this meant the chicken was very fresh and not dry at all.

My partner and I dined here today (19/9/23) and were served by Scott.
He took the time to explain how the ordering system worked and chatted about how various things on the menu were compared to others.
The food was good (although it could have been hotter temperature wise in my opinion), but alas didn't entirely spoil it.
We particularly liked the drinks station where you helped yourself to unlimited supplies. It was well organised, as was the cutlery, napkins, and sauces.
The toilets were clean and it had some good music playing with good sound quality within the toilets.
Service was quick overall, although on our arrival there was nobody to 'greet' guests which slightly confused us as we weren't sure whether we had to be seated by staff or seat ourselves. This was soon picked up on and clarified by Scott.

Food took a while to come, which is unusual as normally pretty fast. Didn’t bring our glasses over and had to ask for them after ordering on the app. Food was fine but then it’s just chicken and chips.

Great food and very nice staff had to wait for table as was really busy was told twenty minutes wait but only waited 10 minutes staff great quick and pleasant

It's a Nando's. Service was quick and mostly friendly and we were able to order on the app. You know what you're getting, not much more to say really. Oh, I dropped a point because their Wi-Fi wasn't working which made ordering a bit tricky.

Was greeted at door by Paul we hadn't been b4 so he showed us to our table and talked us through ordering process what a lovely guy very polite and knowledgeable food was excellent and rest of staff were very polite but not in your face Well done guys we'll definitely be back
