Really friendly staff, loads of fun stuff and awesome eccletic music. No airs, just go in and have fun. Good coffee too. Played a 1000 year old viking tactical tiles game. Really simple rules but massive tactical depth. Engrossed for well over an hour.
Booked an intro to D&D game here. Always wanted to play but never knew how to start. Sadie DM'd and talked us through our first game. Prices are super reasonable, especially given that the game lasted three hours. They do corkage on beer and wine which was great...we brought a keg!

Small and cosy with a decent selection of board games. Food and drinks prepared with care and staff are happy to address concerns immediately no matter how small. Excellent service for a smaller establishment. ^_^
Relaxed atmosphere with a great selection of games or you can bring your own! Corking fee was extremely reasonable. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back again

A cozy, intimate cafe. I occasionally visit with my D&D group as the staff are just the kindest, most helpful, very approachable, and make an outstanding chorizo & cheese panini.
