Found this wee gem of a place today. I had one of the best margarita pizza I've ever tasted it was top notch Italian. The others had various pasta dishes which were amazing.
Service was second to none. The staff were on the ball, friendly and helpful.
Gorgeous place very relaxed atmosphere.
Great food, great coffee (very important) and great service.
I would highly recommend to friends and family and will most definitely be back.
We have been for a meal & on each occasion the staff & food is excellent. It is very relaxed& comfortable would highly recommmend this place to anyone even with children as menu is very varied �
I love the food and service provided by the staff at Castello cafe. I had my husband's 40th birthday celebration at the Mearns Castle golf academy recently. The staff the club and the cafe were exceptionally good and helpful. Hats off to Laura and Ronaldo. Thank you so much. Now need to find another excuse to have another party!

Great course for the price and a very good driving range with Toptracer. Food in the cafe was really good and reasonably priced. Staff were really friendly too. Will definitely be visiting again!

Have only tried the driving range, which is quality and always has plenty of bays free when we go down.

Pretty much all good. Some of the mats could be replaced and for us lazy no automatic tees. Toptracer works well and adds to your practice. Coffee shop great. All the staff are friendly and very helpful.
Could not be happier with golf lesson from Alastair. He identified faults and was able to give advice in rectifying them.

Great set up with Driving Range and challenging 9 hole golf course. Membership is good value for money included is 30 minute lesson with professional. Have been a member for a few weeks and it's rekindled my passion for the sport. Finally the staff are brilliant. Very friendly and attentive, ensuring a positive experience on every visit

I visited Mearns Castle golf academy not to practice golf but to enjoy a coffee at the Costello cafe. The coffee was excellent and the cakes and pastries were outstanding. The very friendly staff made this an enjoyable visit.
