Excellent 24 hr service branch. Great coffeee and food with plenty of room inside and outside with umbrella protection.
Kids love this branch as there is crayons and writing pads available.
Surprisingly everything was really good this time. Warm chips and quick and nice customer service. My burger was a bit cold but still tasty.
Enjoyed a meal here with our grandchildren. A very helpful lad came straight over and sorted our order on the screen......saved us time figuring it all out! Keep up the good work 🙂

After a couple of recommendations I booked for our anniversary meal. The staff, food and atmosphere didn't let it down, would go again if back in Dumfries

Great experience here. Long queue but staff were efficient and got us served as quick as possible. Despite some of the negative feedback for the locals I was more than satisfied with the service. A common complaint from a friend of mine says that staff get orders wrong all the time. Well he is the one who is wrong and is clearly is to blame as the staff got my large order 100% correct and it was served on time. Can’t give anything less than 5 stars. Big thanks and I’ll be back

Chips were cold but you expect that from macnonalds but I still love a big mac
What can I say? It's McDonalds... Good menu etc, and while the prices have shot up recently, they did keep them down a while. Good, consistent service...
