Used Espresso Services, found them just by chance in Google. Spoke to Glen, very helpful, had my coffee machine repaired the very next day and reasonably priced. very satisfied . Highly recommended.

We’ve had our La Pavoni Europiccola for 25 years now. During the time, it was regularly serviced at various London workshops. This was the first time the machine was serviced at Espresso Services. Excellent staff group, friendly and approachable. Stumbled upon them a couple of years ago and have not went anywhere else for my coffee/brewing needs. Great range of coffee, vast knowledge of machines and intricate details of what works best with what (upgrades to Gagggia Claasic). Easy to deal with whether its a walk in like me or over the phone. I enjoy supporting my local and building the rapport of a returning customer at ground level face to face regardless of it being a bag of coffee or a £1k machine your still treated the same.

Popped in to the shop a few times for bits and bobs, they have virtually any part you need. They helped out with my dodgey boiler for my coffee machine as well. The guys are a really friendly bunch can't recommend them enough.

Dealt with espresso services for about 12 years, they know everything there is to know about coffee machines! On my last visit they got me out of a pickle with my broken down Fracino, the PCB board had blown and they took one out of a new machine to install in mine so I could get up and running.
