Harry's Pizza in Glastonbury has the best New Haven style pizza in the state hands down. Friday night, expect an hour wait, but the wait is worth it. Their BLT pizza is the best pizza to get on hot summer days.

We had the spinach salad and it was outstanding. Baby spinach, ripe Bartlett pear, Chevre, smokey crisp bacon and walnuts with a balsamic dressing. We had the white shrimp pizza with lemon and capers. The shrimp were cooked to perfection and popped when we bit into them. Fantastic!

Anyone missing Harry's in West Hartford, there is one in Glastonbury! Be sure to go and support this local business. Excellent as always.

Ordered pick up last night and was so disappointed. We got a large pizza with meatball and ricotta and some wings. The pizza toppings tasted good, but the dough had a stale, hard to chew texture. Also, we order the wings well done, but they were extremely soggy on the outside and dry as sand on the inside (not sure how that's even possible). For an order over $40.00 I expected a whole lot more. Will not be back.

We stopped by a few months ago (by mere chance) as we had a errand to take care of nearby. WOW, do we wish we found this place earlier! The food was all FANTASTIC. Cooked to perfection and with quality (as others have noted). From the sandwiches to the gyros to all the additional assorted in-between we ordered. The staff also went out of their way to bring everything out and load it up in our car for us. True professionals with that extra added touch added to our review and overall customer experience. Our pics are admittedly not the best on this particular review because the entire family devoured everything in one-sitting! Worth a visit (the chicken gyro was my particular favorite - tender with a quality tzatziki sauce and all the trimmings one would hope for). If you're in the area OR just passing through, give them a try!

Hands down, the best pizza I've ever had! I've always thought of pizza as something to grab on the go, but those sensibilities came to a halt when I started on my first slice and discovered what amounts to a gourmet meal. While I'm entranced by the taste, I have to add that they have a very friendly staff that aims to provide a great dining experience. I don't think I'll be able to drive through the town of Glastonbury anymore without planning for an extra stop in this wonderful place.

I was hoping *Third Time’s A Charm* would have been the case for my experience with Harry’s but unfortunately they fell short. Before I get into any negatives I would like to say that they do have the best crust. It’s got a lot of flavor and it’s always the perfect amount of crunchy and doughy. My most recent order was a margarita pizza. I wish the ingredients were just better. I expect fresh mozzarella on this style pizza and that certainly wasn’t the case. I also wish they chopped up the tomatoes smaller instead of placing massive slices on the whole thing; same goes for the basil. My experience with the Buffalo chicken pizza was that it under performed. There’s plenty of options for pizza in Glastonbury and Harry’s just doesn’t offer the best, especially for the cost. I also ordered a Cesar salad but joked with the family that I just paid $9 for a box of lettuce. There was no dressing (and I mean, maybe they forgot the dressing because there was absolutely none), only a hint of parmigiana and a few croutons which ended up being very salty. Along with some other reviewers, I also don’t like the sign that says people are welcomed to bring firearms... it’s a very unnerving and unnecessary sign to have in your restaurant here... Cons: over priced, basic and low quality Pros: big pizzas and good crust

This pizza place is overpriced and mediocre. Except for the manager they have rude staff of entitled teenage kids that get the orders wrong. Pizza crust is good but the pizza was cold when I got it and the toppings were low quality. There are much better pizza places out there.
