The only reason this is a one is because I can't give it a zero and the Hasbrouck are good. The moment we walked in the service was horrible. One lady was yelling and once they finally started taking out order it sounded like we were an inconvenience. The food was horrible. We didn't finish our sandwiches and the coffee we dumped out. The Northampton location was sooo good but they closed so we came to this location. Don't recommend, go to Steve's bagels if you want flavor.

Let’s see besides the fact that this place is slower than molasses and the girls have zero customer service skills . I always ask for my bagel lightly toasted it’s effing black I asked for plain cream cheese and I get one little scoop of cream cheese on my bagel it’s dry as balls

Everyone there is always so nice, but if I’m paying $5 for a bagel with avocado, I expect more avocado than this… third time this has happened, won’t be going back

Enjoy coming here for a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel treat. Service for me has been fast and friendly. I was in and out around 10:45am on a weekday in about 5 minutes. Sandwich was tasty!

This used to be the best one but starting to go down hill. They apparently no longer have medium iced coffees only large and small. Now I went to the one in Avon and they have all 3 sizes. This Glastonbury one is now selling their mediums as larges.

Went in with expectations of a NY style bagel shop. Unfortunately was severely disappointed. They don't carry egg bagels or rolls and after 2 attempts at making coffee and having grounds in them I gave up and left. Also they make the sandwiches like a fast food place, premade eggs and bacon from a Subway style tin grid. If I wanted that I would have gone to the Dunkin 3 doors down.

I ordered an everything bagel with cheese and turkey sausage. Honestly I couldn’t taste anything but the salty everything bagel. It might have been the saltiest bagel I ever had. Please, can you guys make sure your bagels are not as salty maybe then I can enjoy the sandwich a little more
