Great ice cream! But I’ve gone several times in the past few months and they’ve always are closed. So

Walked in about 5 customers waiting in line was pretty quick ice cream wasn't melted staff even told some kids trying to cut infront they had to wait there turn in good job guys and girls

I haven't been to a baskin robbins in years and although it's apart of DD now it was still nice.....P.S. you have to try the Strawberry cheesecake that's my favorite

9pm closing on website, I show up at 8pm to see it closed, I don't live in this city.

Ice cream is yummy, service fine, and seating area clean. However, the waffle cone was very stale. I ate the ice cream with a spoon and tossed the cone in the trash.

Staff and selection may not be the best but I can get ice cream for 2 kids with $5. Sweet frog is $15 for 2 smalls. It's just ice cream - not gold bars

While waiting for my order an employee came from the back & proceeded to assist in serving me. I ask him to pleas please wash his hand before serving me and he told me it was not his job to wash his hands before serving customers. I told them I did not want the shake that he made and he walked away cursing. I ask to speak to a manager I was told no manager was there.
