Always the longest wait, major attitude from a bunch of lazy kids, no communication, lack of management is a huge problem. Something would always be wrong. It's not rocket science it's counting 2 burgers instead of one for ex. And how can you wait 15 minutes for a drink?!!!! That's on purpose idc what anyone says. Not to mention door dashers and other food delivery workers wait so long for the simplest thing. I no longer go to this location along with many others because of the many issues. Not to mention it's very unsanitary. I watched a woman pour ice into my beverage from another cup... While pouring some liquid into another cup with some ice from the same cup, while it splashed all over the place... I didn't see any gloves... Then it's handed to me was soda dripping all over the cup, needless to say I did not drink that. Do better. Get better staff.

I would give them zero stars if i could, i made an online order, arrived at the drive through and proceeded to sit there behind 8 other cars who have not been served yet for about half an hour, people were hopping the curb to leave due to the idiots in the store not taking any orders, how do you employ people who refuse to do their job?

Says 24 hours. At 3:32 in the morning there are two employees inside. They pretended not to hear the phone or the drive through. Both employees were sitting on their phones in the lobby. The person who identified themselves as manager stated that they were closed and "transitioning to breakfast". An employee tried to come outside to fight me when I knocked on the window. After I left, the phone was answered.

Had to repeat my order multiple times because customer service isn’t important enough to say excuse Me and handled what they had to handled instead or messing up our order, then on top of that our Sandwiches are wrong and we are missing items it’s ridiculous I’ve worked in fast food 2 plus years as a manger and to have an employee like that. Highly disappointed
