I absolutely have to eat here every time I go to Glastonbury, food and staff are fantastic. If I had to pick a favourite I'd say go for the meze so you can try a bit of everything � The green cashew pate is to die for although they didn't have it yesterday, just means I'll have to go back sooner than expected to get my fix! The cakes are out of this world, my favourite is the coffee, perfect. Huge portions of everything but I like to take a piece of cake home with me.
It's my treat to eat here when I can, the food is very very delicious, superb choice, all cooked and prepared by the staff. What more can I say other than charming place and amazing food � my fave!
Beautifull filling lunch. So flavoursome and moreish. Could of eaten two plates. Well worth a visit, situated down small alleyway but worth finding
Just had lunch here, so many vegan options and everyone was very helpful. It is hidden away, so you have to look for it but well worth finding.
Fantastic menu, decent portions and not overpriced. Great time for a first time yesterday, and the ladies serving that day were just lovely. Seating is on the cosy side, but even being full is doesn't distract from the atmosphere in the slightest. Highly recommend and will be visiting again on our next trip from Bournemouth!
Lovely whole food cafe. Really tasty food and a nice atmosphere though very busy after noon. Would definitely go again and recommend it if you like real food!

This is my favourite cafe ever....I'd recommend visiting before the lunch rush which starts about 12.30. The most delicious food and the most friendly people serving it..

There was a long queue when my mum and I arrived and we were just about to give up when another customer advised us it was 'the best food in the world because it is made with love'! Well we couldn't leave after such a passionate recommendation and we were so grateful we'd stayed when we finally did get to eat. I had to ask a staff member for help deciding between dishes as I couldn't make my mind up; everything looked so scrumptious. Absolutely loved it here and will definitely return next time I visit Glastonbury.
Their food is amazing. Love the cauliflower peanut salad and quiches. My favourite drink is the warm spiced apple, delicious. Great relaxing atmosphere.
Always been a favourite of mine and was pleased to return here whilst back in the area for a few days. After 3 years away the food is still as good as ever and I would highly recommend Rainbows End. Even my husband enjoyed his meat free meal and loved the garlic potatoes!

First time visiting after a recommendation and I was not disappointed. The food was so good, I wanted to order another meal to take home with me. Instead I tried to recreate it at home. Five star service. I have been craving a good vegan chocolate cake for some time and the one here at Rainbows End Cafe hit the spot. It had the correct level of moistness and balance of flavour. It is that lovely flavour of a well baked home made cake without the commitment to eat the whole thing! I got a slice to go as I wanted to enjoy it at home after having a lovely lunch with my boyfriend. The staff were most accommodating and explained to me the menu and even gave suggestions on what to order.
I had a stuffed aubergine with a bean salad which was very hearty and delicious. It’s a wonderful place to get a healthy and hearty meal with a warm cafe and very clean toilets.
Anyway, my main review is the cake. If you’re vegan and have been craving that chocolate goodness for a while head over to here and get your fill! It’s delicious
Popped into the Rainbows End Cafe for a late lunch. Fantastic garden out the back with covering to shield you from any rain. The curried lentil samosa was so tasty and the caramel shortbread hit my sweet tooth nicely. The carrot cake was also deliscious. Nice strong filter coffee with a choice of milk to go in it.
Definitely worth a visit if you are in Glastonbury.
The entrance is on the main road but not super obvious, just look for the sign as as the restaurant is set back a bit. You wont see it from the road. Crazy portions of tasty food. A busy spot, so come before you are too famished! Order at the counter - even when busy there is plenty of seating. I had the curry - yummy - but about 2x what I could eat. My friend had a few salads and potatoes and a quiche. Way more food than she could possibly eat as well! The chocolate cake did get devoured though….
A MUST visit if you’re looking for lunch!! Absolutely delish food I had when I visited today after discovering this beautiful place last time I came to Glastonbury. They’re so welcoming and warm and the garden is amazing to sit in. I recommend the mixed Salad where you can try all their options, absolutely lush! A rainbow bowl for a rainbow Cafe, thank you!!
Great friendly service today and a lovely serving of yummy vegan mezze, vegetarian options also available. Cheap cafetière of coffee perfect for chilling in the garden out the back. We loved the blue washed table, well kept flowers and goddess water feature bringing a calming ambience. We shared the deliciously indulgent chocolate vegan cake to top it off. Highly Recommend.

Located in the heart of Glastonbury just some yards from High St, the Rainbow's End has become our favourite restaurant in town. The atmosphere is relaxed, cheerful, quiet, and you can also eat in a small garden with a fountain ⛲. Food is simply delicious, homemade and fresh (don't forget to try out one of their cakes, especially their carrot cake), and plenty of their options are already vegan.
Recommended: falafel platter, aubergines, salad, olives, homemade lemonade, apple and ginger beverage, quiches.
Best vegan slice of pizza! A pity that they didn't have WiFi... Nice terrace
Quite simply my favourite place to eat. Delicious food, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff and good value.
Very nice vegetarian, vegan cafe with plenty of choice and a lovely shady garden area out the back. Dog friendly too. Not the cheapest but this is Glasto!
Can not express how worth every second of going to rainbows is. Been going for 20+ years now and never fails. Food is second to none. And by far the best place to go in Glastonbury
Lush, tasty, healthy food. Love this place. Mixed salad bowl with cheese and broccoli quiche and falafel. Great customer service. Nice relaxed atmosphere. Always busy.

Amazing choice of salads and hot foods, well dressed and perfect sessioning. Really busy but a service with a smile. There is sitting inside or undercover at the back. Portion control is quite large but with the option of taking it away if you can't finish it all.
More spacious than it looks from the outside. Food delicious and cakes enormous.
