Review Subway - Glazebury

Terrible. The staff could barely communicate when we were asking basic questions, no manager there when we asked to speak to one...no NHS discount offered either. They didn’t have Plant based meatballs and they when we asked for ‘plant based chicken tikka the lady kept pointing to normal chicken... then finally after putting plant based chicken on the bread goes to put normal cheese on it without even asking...and obviously we were ordering plant base sandwiches. Walked out in the end. Wouldn’t even waste your time stopping here

Food as you'd expect. Service on the other hand is terrible. Slow staff and not very polite. They seem to switch between the store. And the garage next door, the speed clearly comes from the garage staff. 15 minutes to serve 3 people in front of me the other day, while the person in the subway tshirt was mowing the grass. I've tried to feed this back, but always falls on deaf ears. If you're willing to accept slow, poor services. Food is standard subway

No toilet role so wee all over the public seat and floor plus the mop to clean the floor is best off in the bin and never to be seen again other than that the food was good

Dreadful, very slow....one server was busy making his own lunch (at 12.30) theneft to eat while heeft a newbu dealing with 5 people wanting order and at least 3 people who wanted to come in and order but left when they saw how slow things where. He couldn't even cut a sandwich to the 6inches, I got just over 4 and half inch for my 6 inch sandwich...... such a shame as I would have gone a lot (on my lunch break) but can't wait for 11mins for one guy to make my sandwich (I was the first person in the line too)

Went in for coffee just after seven this morning the milk tray nearly empty coffee tasted sour and undrinkable this is not the first time either last time I were really ill clean your milk trays out and put fresh in its not that difficult

Nice food & Used to go regularly but prices have gone up too much so go elsewhere
