Review Laragh Lodge - Glenariffe

Great place, situated at the end of the waterfall walk in Glenariff Forest, or you can drive directly there. Staff were super friendly and the food is great. Nice little menu for kids too. I'd recommend dropping in for a drink, lots of outside seating with a lovely view. They have a decent Guinness and Harp on tap. If you have time, pop in for dinner, you'll get good food at a decent price. Recommend

Lovely place to stop for lunch or a drink when visiting the falls. Restaurant overlooks the river and has plenty of outside seating. We visited on a very showery day and were pleasantly surprised that we were allowed in with our labrador! Food and service were excellent. We were all made to feel very welcome and the gentleman who served was very friendly. Thankyou for making our trip so enjoyable.

The food was amazing and for the first time, the kids finished their meals. The waterfall behind the lodge is beautiful.

It's an excellent spot for lunch. The food is really lovely and reasonably priced. We sat outside for lunch as the weather was really sunny and they have a separate bar and food ordering area for outside but inside the restaurant is beautifu and very inviting. Car park can be a bit busy with so many people visiting.

Food and service was lovely , just found this gem of a place by change hidden out-of the way , beautiful surroundings, even a rainy day couldn't spoil it

Had lunch today with 2 friends. 2 of us had the chicken Caesar salad and chips which was delicious. The other had the burger which she said was also delicious. There was plenty of everything and we were well looked after by Pauline.Hadn’t been here for a while but will certainly not leave it so long until we are back again. One big plus..nice and quiet so you can have a conversation. No loud music playing thank goodness. I can’t stand loud music playing through speakers in other restaurants so well done to Gary for not doing that here.Beautiful setting of course as well.

Great wee restaurant in the middle of Antrim glens at the foot of the waterfall walks leading to the forest park. Amazing walks in one of the most beautiful places in the world

Like to visit this place every year,friendly atmosphere,good food and Guinness,nice walk out round the forest,recommend 👍

Wonderful location and amazing surroundings (Glenariff Waterfall a minute walk away) Staff friendly and helpful, treated my mum like a queen for her 80th birthday. Food tasty and served quickly and warm. Outside eating area (restaurant food only) Large carparking area. Small bar adjacent to outside tables.

Fantastic apartment, immaculate inside and out. Has its own wee private garden too. Two large bedrooms on the ground floor and a triple huge room on the first. Lovely layout and all you'll need for a relaxing stay. 3mins from all the faculties of the shops,bars,restaurants etc. And the promenade 5mins away too. We could live here it's so good. Nice touches from the host too with tea coffee and snacks etc on arrival. Thankyou just love it here.

Just had our second Christening party here and the food and service was top class as always, Gary and all the staff were brilliant, Highly recommend for a party or for a meal you won’t be disappointed having it here. Thanks again James & Catrina

First and last time we will be visiting... Ordered two steaks and was asked how we would like them done..BOTH of us said MEDIUM done as that's how we always like them... Waited a good while for our food just to be given ONE medium steak and one well done � never bothered saying anything at this point as we thought it would mean one of us could eat while the other would have to wait another half hour maybe for the right order to come � Was asked at the end of our meal by both the waitress AND the woman that took our money about how we enjoyed our meal and at that point we explained that our order was wrong.... Never even really got a sorry...did we look the type of people that would just make this up just to try get some money off... Well they made us feel like that �

We have been going here for nearly 7 years the first time was when i was pregnant we discovered this place my daughter is nearly 6 we love this place food is excellent portion sizes are very generous nothing is to much trouble the management and staff are attentive friendly and nothing is a problem or to much trouble .I can 100% recommend this beautiful family restaurant to everyone and the food is outstanding you just want to keep eating lol.

Great place to stop on the way up the coast for anything as small as a cup of coffee or as large as a full dinner; regardless of what you've come in for Gary and Monica and their staff will give you a warm welcome and make you feel like an old friend. Fantastic and fresh food prepared seasonally with local produce and comfortable surroundings that are welcoming in rain or shine. Seemingly never closed, always been open when I've stopped in, even once on Christmas Eve, a testament to how dedicated they are to this place. Beautiful setting in the Queen of The Glens with Ess-na-Larach and Ess-na-Crub waterfalls just minutes away on foot are the icing on the cake.

Four of us had a really top class meal tonight from the special Christmas menu. Delicious food excellently presented. The usual friendly efficient service. Many thanks, highly recommended for value and taste.

Went here the day for the first time amazing food staff was so friendly couldnt do enough for us such a nice place will def be back there champ is out of this world def one of my favourite places now for food xx

Been to this gem of a place countless times. Absolutely stunning views, fabulous service with delicious food. Perfect for a walk before or after your meal to see the beautiful waterfalls. We love it!

Best roast lamb dinner i’ve ever had....apple crumble delicious too. Excellent staff and seevice. And thanks to Gary for the extra wine. ��

Fabulous setting with brill walks waterfalls etc....food brill....staff very accommodating......well worth a visit....

Afternoon tea today was delicious. Customer service was 100%. Definitely recommend and will be back.
