Review Way Out West Cafe - Glenelg

Great cake, great coffee, very friendly staff. What more do you want? Could have a better view but that's being picky. The chocolate brownie and the chocolate marmalade cake were amazing.

Lovely place, good coffee, delicious chocolate milk! They got some fun games and nice books, and good service! Recommended!

A great find nearly at the end of the road. Home made everything. Delicious soups, fine toasties with local ingredients. Then to follow or just for tea the CAKES are superb, the Victoria sponge, light as can be with just the right amount of jam and cream, not too sweet but sweet enough. There is a selection of local crafts and art for sale and bags of the fair trade coffee as served- you go a very long way to taste better. It might not be on the beaten track, but if you're passing close at the right time make sure you pause for refreshments.

Check ahead for when they might be open, as it seems sporadic at best. However if you do find it open, this little community run cafe is a hidden gem in these parts. Homemade desserts, delicious toasted sandwiches all made with love.

Home made meals and cakes with great coffee in a friendly, quirky setting. Obviously right at the heart of this little coastal community.
