Hasans Indian Take-away

We have used this Indian takeaway for at least 15 years and it's always been great. However, the last twice, a month ago and last night were not so good. We Always have the set menu but the food has changed. This is not the place it used to be. Unfortunately we won't be going there again unless something changes. Very disappointed with the flavours of the curries again, even the nan bread was flat and tough. It's a real shame.

Never again will i order from this takeaway, all food ordered was warmish! god knows how long it was sat in the delivery motor.chicken swimming in what looked like korma,,chips cold, onion rings dripping in oil. Nan bread soggy and sticking to bag ,,oh!and i almost forgot ..one of the main ingredients of any takeaway the rice ..ours didn't want to come with the rest of the meal...so sat waiting on rice for 15min,.needless to say food was even colder .so MR hasan. you're welcome to the £25,for what you class as a takeaway meal.. Spend it well, because you wont be getting anymore from me .....its not letting put a rating as [ 0 ],so a very very poor 1 star ......

Ordered to collect thro just eat and the order was lost so we had to wait!! Just clueless kids serving on the counter. Observed this while waiting: If you ordered a calzone or pizza without spiced onion tonight - I can tell you it got spiced onion on it which was then removed by scraping BACK INTO THE spiced onion basin!!!! I had ordered a lamb Kashmiri korma dish which was, in my opinion, very dubiously Lamb. Tough and more like minute beef if that, and very very little banana. Containers not closed properly either and bent out of shape too! You can guess what the carrier bag was like. Poor is an understatement so we are on a Hassan’s hiatus (again) for a wee while.

Ordered food through just eat , at 1740 and asked for it to be delivered at 1900 on Monday 1/10/18 ....received a call at 1910 to say the food would be 20 minutes late . When this was questioned received angry comments regarding not knowing when their delivery driver would return. Very disappointed with the awful customer service given , and I will NOT order from here again. Food eventually arrived at 1930 and NO APOLOGY WAS OFFERED.
