My review is based on take-out orders, not a dine-in experience. This is also our first time trying it.
Quick note: We ordered during a non-rush hour, and they somehow managed to forget our fries, and the kimchi didn't look like it had any cheese in it. In addition, their phone did not work, so I had to drive back and grab the fries. The clerk did apologize thoroughly, but I wished they could have made a new fries order because it was cold by the time I returned to get it, and the other food got cold at home while I drove back and forth, but I will not review based on this. I would appreciate for the staff always to double-check the order next time.
Review: I have attached pictures of the food I got. The chicken they gave for the Snow Onion Chicken, although good, was terribly tiny! My hand is smaller than standard man, so this probably tells you how small they are... The kimchi from the cheese fries is good, but I honestly don't taste/see any cheese on it...so I wonder if they forgot to add cheese as well.
I would consider these as regular drunk food and would taste good with alcoholic beverages, so to my taste, I think it's slightly above average considering the service, environment, taste.
I will give it a second chance and try out more on the menu and perhaps do a dine-in and see if the size of the chicken changes.

This Korean chicken is really good. I had their whole garlic chicken for takeout. It takes around 15min for them prepare the chicken and it tastes very good. One star off is due to its relatively high price.

We got the hot garlic and the green onion! The green onion was so good and very unique. The hot garlic is basically yang nyeom (양념), for all my korean peeps out there. Curly fries are hot, fluffy, and crispy

Probably will give it another try, taste ok but not impressive, the soy garlic wings and fries were too saucy or over seasoned, just comparing this one dish, Bonchon is better

If you want fried chicken, this is the place to go. Everyone has their own preference and their menu definitely is reflective of that. From traditional to more "interesting" flavor pairings. You also get a good variety of other items. Don't expect something like Buffalo Wild Wings with 20+ different flavors. Also, just fun fact: K.F.C. (Korean fried chicken) is generally double fried, to produce a crispier texture when biting into it. This keeps the skin from getting soggy after being tossed in sauce(s). Price point, it's where it should be: you get the most "bang for your buck."

YES, JUST YES!
Crispy, check
Juicy chicken, check,
Flavorful, check.
And not to mention the mu (pickle radish).
This place is delish and will be returning to get more Korean fried chicken.

Delicious! The Mep Snow tenders were so crispy and flavorful. I was just there and now I’m craving it again. Would highly recommend!

We took a ride out to Choong Man Chicken in Glenview on a friend's recommendation.
First time having snow onion chicken and boy was it good!
We ordered the whole snow onion chicken.
Fried Chicken topped with raw white sliced onions and their special savory and creamy signature white sauce.
The portion is huge and more than enough for two to share. In fact we had enough left over that we took it home and ate it the next day too!
They start you off with chopped radishes, sliced carrots and celery with a great dipping sauce.
We paired our meal with a Blue Moon beer and really enjoyed it!
There are so many other interesting items on the menu that it is worth it to return here again and try follwing different each time.
We also loved the decor, and the restaurant is family friendly. If you're out in the Glenview area stop on by to Choon Man Chicken!
