Staff are brilliant polite and quickly. Drink prices are superb. Atmosphere is brilliant plenty of TV’s and sports showing a perfect traditional pub. Outside seating aswell
Fantastic place foe a cheap beer, atmosphere dropped a bit when the DJ started randomly playing drum and bass but recovered quickly.a good pint at a reasonable price. So come have fun

Just great. Great beer good atmosphere super cheap. 2.35 for a pint of cider. Not much more for lager.
Love this pub , I live in Cheltenham and come over to the sword , it’s a lovely atmosphere and friendly , i and my partner are Gay and it’s lovely to be able to come to a pub that feels to be LGBT friendly, certainly non judgemental to whoever you are. I’m spreading the word around to other gay frie
Got absolutely smashed at this pub best night in a long time, fair play to the bar man Tommy he put up with alot but still kept his sense of humour he was brilliant, definitely be back 😁
