Pizza Hut

First visit to a Pizza Hut restaurant since the lock down and with new Covid19 safe procedures in place. The manager greeted me at the door and explained the new way things are done there. I arrived at 1pm so was explained how the new buffet works and the new menu. The pizza itself was as good value and reasonably good quality. Good selection of drinks available too. Only dropping a star due to one member of staff consistently not following Covid-safe procedure and brought my food to me by hand and not using a tray and allowing me to remove the dish myself and then neglected to take the empty plate away on the tray. This was done before by the manager and another member of the team so well done to them, just need a bit more consistency for the other! Will be back again! Just to note, pizza buffet is unlimited still with pizza being delivered to table however there are no longer bottomless soft drinks which is a shame. Thank you for lunch!

Hot food, excellent service. We went a long late on a Sunday afternoon - 4 adults, 3 children. The place was heaving and it looked like there were only two or three servers on shift. Nevertheless all the food quickly arrived hot and as ordered. The salad bar was well stocked and everything looked fresh. The problem with the ice cream machine was rectified almost immediately. The staff were great. Always cheerful despite the place being very busy. They were excellent with the children. No problem parking in the large car park outside.

Took my daughter here for a bday treat and we all loved the pizza. The price was reasonable and everyone left happy. The kids enjoyed building their own icecream desert with sprinkles and sauces etc. I would definitely return or even order a takeaway as a treat. They even do "half and half" on the large pizzas so everyone's happy.

We popped in for a spontaneous dinner as we had a friend staying with us. For a Saturday evening the service was prompt and the staff very good. The pizzas, mine in particular (gluten free) was doused in sauce and quite greasy subsequently but still quite nice. I do love the garlic crust which I missed out on though and given the choice I'd always go for the open buffet when available due to the diversity offered. I'd go again but in the week for the buffet.

We've visited many Pizza Huts over the years, when we're on trips away from home, and this one is one of our favourites. The food is good, the service and the staff are prompt at getting you seated, taking your order and bringing the food while it's still hot. All in all a good experience. Our Experience was increased tenfold by Anna R, we were seated within 2 minutes of entering, Anna ensured we were doing well constantly through our lifecycle as a customer. One thing that stood out for us was how she waited patiently whilst we were reading out our order. she waited for us to complete and then pointed out an offer we missed which was precisely what we wanted but saved us around £10. Thanks Anna and i hope this will review will gain some traction and help you get a raise or free pizza for life.

Each time I go to this branch, the staff are always friendly and attentive. The restaurant isn't usually packed even at peak hours, meaning the salad bar and ice cream factory is constantly stocked and clean. A little out of the way for me, but the consistently good experience makes it worth coming back to.
