The Restaurant At Debenhams

Dear Mr YF I have been in to the Kingswalk Costa and the Staff have been nothing but caring and friendly and Mr YF doesn't seem to understand the concept that it's not acceptable to bring food or drink in to another establishment, this is a form of corkage. Here is a picture of the YF guy that accused two female staff members of being racist when they were just reinforcing the Costa company policy.

Dear Mr Y F i have just stumble across your review of the costa coffee in Kings Walk Gloucester. Although i wasn't present for the situation that you encountered, i do visit this store on regularly for my moring coffee and find ALL the staff most helpful and warm welcoming. I cant imagine any of these staff would be racist when they accommodate for people of all gender orientations, all abilities, and all nationalities and creeds each time the next customer steps up to the till. However, MR Y T, What i can presume from your review, that you thought you could pop over to Greggs and bring it to costa to eat it with your costa coffee?! I am so sure that these 2 ladies explained to you that it is against company policy for you to bring you own food in to the establishment, as Costa coffee provide a food service. This, Sir, applies to everyone, and thus cannot be racist. They did not single YOU out from anyone, let alone for the colour of your skin. Sir, if you owned a restaurant and i brought in a Maccy D's just so i could have a beer in your establishment, don't you think you would be annoyed?
