Eat here regularily and with my family too for celebrations, it's my local and they put up with people moaning and they've always done their best to provide a great service
The refurbishment is perfect. Clean bright and modern. New toilets, carpets and nice decor. The menu is varied and our meals came quickly and were delicious. The person who gave a bad review is better off going to Haywain leaving more space for the regulars to enjoy our meals.

Went for a meal with friends and enjoyed the food, drinks and atmosphere. Although there was football on, it wasn't intrusive where we were sitting so we could still talk without having to raise our voices.
Rob and his team are very friendly and helpful. We had a superb birthday meal which the three of us thoroughly enjoyed.

So was really impressed with the quality of food, quick service, lovely bar staff, and very impressed with the price, wasn't expecting much but really good value for money..
Will def visit again.. only negative dogs are not allowed, and would be good if more choice for vegetarians
Staff friendly, food was great ,,, not long to wait either, one thing special,, the father in law loves John smiths but don’t like drinking it in a sleever,, asked for a pint mug and they came up trumps with one 💯 👍👍
Customer service was amazing. The lady went above and beyond to help. The food was excellent. Overall a great trip to our local and can’t wait to go back
Food brought to table in good time and it was nice and hot although it was missing the coleslaw and gravy but they were soon brought out when mentioned. We had a 25% voucher which made the meal very good value so please feel free to send us another one.
