Eaten here at our local 30+ times and never once had a bad meal. Not sure why I’ve never got around to writing a review before now but better late than never! Excellent quality food and enough options to satisfy our limited food requirements ie. Vegetarians, Pescatarian etc. Staff are always very friendly and put a lot of effort putting on events despite the unpredictable British weather!

Just been this afternoon first visit for us , the food was very nice staff brilliant very helpful ,chatty friendly lady's in when we arrived then quiet after they left so had time to chat to each other while eating our meal ,so a very nice afternoon out for us .

we went on mother’s day and had the set menu.
As it was mother’s day they were busy as expected. our food took over a hour to arrive from ordering which was longer than expected but it was the nicest sunday lunch i’ve had in forever!!
I hate having a bad roast which 99% of the time they are but this one was amazing!! would deffo recommend and will be going again. Thank you x

Lovely small village pub with laid back friendly vibes, so welcoming and the food never disappoints, real home made food and we love that on Sundays we can pick from the main menu as well as the roasts. Always great and always cozy

A varied menu gives plenty of choice. Food is beautifully prepared. Friendly staff for whom nothing was a bother.
The seafood platter (for two) can be ordered in advance and is a good mark of the quality of the food.
