Firstly the staff were spot on and very efficient and polite with a customer first attitude 10/10.. SO!!! Asked for really hot food instead of the luke warm stuff you normally get from McDonald's, and got really hot food, and it transformed it into "really nice food" from "well it was ok food" Way forward for me at every McDonald's now!!

Although it was late in the evening and few people around, there was a long wait for food, not what I expect from McDonald's. The fries had clearly been kept warm for a long time. I don't mind waiting if I know food is being prepared fresh as at Tim Hortons, but there should be no wait at McDonald's.

This McDonald's is one of the nicer ones and that's what I can confidently say. The foods amazing, the staff are kind, it's in a good area and so on, the only thing wrong with it that I can see is the lack of parking spaces, don't get me wrong whenever we've been there's been an odd space or two but on a busy day it gets very tight

Our treat after swimming is a McDonalds. Always clean booths. Plenty of staff. Ordering off the app is so easy. Food is always the same. The kids like it.

The food and drink I ordered tasted great and was easy to order on the screen they have when you walk in. The staff are very lovely and have brilliant customer care skills, I couldn't have had a better trip to mcdonalds on my way home - Thank you

Used the app to order while I sat in the car. Due to poor WiFi it took a while to place the order but was brought to me quite quickly and was all correct and according to order. Something that doesn't always happens at all restaurants!

My Dad and Grandma were waiting for me to arrive from a different direction for a while but hadn't noticed the 90 minute limit for parking, a lovely worker called Caroline had taken note of their arrival and came to remind them that the 90 minutes allowed was from driving into the car park and so they needed to be aware they would be fined if they stayed over. This was really kind and saved them getting a fine, customer service above and beyond.
The food was also good, hot and quickly delivered and the fries were lovely and crispy

We only went through the drive through. A que as always but we were sorted in 10 minutes. Food as it always is and that's nothing like the pictures or as advertised. Chips cold so no surprise there . It filled a gap. Just glad I never paid for it and a friend did otherwise I don't use it.

It is a lovely McDonald's the service staff that clean the tables are nice but the staff behind the counter could do with some training because they are not professional in the fact that they are standing around chatting when customers are waiting touching there face or scratching there body but then don't wash there hands. But the food is very nice apart from the hot chocolate as it is always very watery and some of the the chips are cold most of the time.
