Never had a bad meal here, staff are lovely

Travelling home from the borders and fancied a chipper. Best chips I've had in a long time, battered king rib was also tasty (nice batter) just to make it even better they have chippy sauce 😂 I now live in Aberdeen and sauce is just not a thing, it's always salt and vinegar. Anyway, really good chip

Always pleased when I visit Gorefry. Usually order online and collect, never have to hang about waiting. Particular favourite is their mini calzone supper, cracking little find. Don’t find the food to be greasy, unless I order a donner pizza but I suppose that can’t really be helped.

Only recently started ordering from Gorefry and wish I had done sooner. Staff are always friendly when ordering over the phone, food is piping hot when delivered and always fresh. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gorefry - best chippy in Midlothian!

Has to be the best chippy in Midlothian. Friendly staff who work incredibly hard. Large fish supper is two fish,other chip shops would give you one and charge the same. Pizza are fantastic tae.

Great value for money; really great serving sizes and just a good classic chippy.

I like Morellies. Great chippy. What more can I say? Chips are always good, never that slightly old fat smell you get sometimes from a chippy. Never has any complaints. One of the best.

Absolutely amazing!!! The burger was cooked to perfection. My husband's fried pizza with mushrooms was amazing . Best chippy in Midlothian 🏅🥇🏅

Super crispy fresh fish and chips every time

I've used this chippy for some time as being on my own i don't cook so now and again i get the chippy really good you can order and pay online and they are responsibly fast delivery and the food has always been good no complaints from me thank you for your service
