This place.nwber disappoints: Excellent food, drink & service adjacent to the beach, all wrapped pull in an art deco setting. There's free parking too.

Did not say at hotel just had a coffee outside but nice and clean inside with quick good service right on the pier so great views of the sea and beach great on a warm day .

Popped in here for lunch while visiting the area. Had fish cakes which although small as a starter were very tasty . My wife had pate which had a large portion of pate and could have done with more bread.

A lovely clean hotel on the beach front. We had a free upgrade to the sunshine suite which was a nice suprise. Very comfy and spacious. The view was nice apart from railings and solar panels outside the window which meant a slight obstructive view of the lovely beach. A
cute little cut out with chairs overlooking the harbour on the second floor. Food was nice, staff friendly. Not a cheap stay but nice. Lifts available for those who need. Location is lovely but not much to do in the area

A man on reception kindly drove me to the hospital for my hospital appointment at James Paget Hospital when I was late. I made it on time and that was extremely helpful for me. It was an exceptional act of kindness and helped me out tremendously. I am very grateful.

Stayed in the Sunrise Suite; spacious, comfortable and with a nice view. Didn’t like the fixed head shower, though.

We had a lovely experience, the food was very good pub food, service was quick and friendly and willing to make changes to the order so we got exactly what we wanted. We will definitely be going back.

My three friends and I had lunch on Saturday at The Pier. Our experience was perfect in every way; I could not fault anything.
The restaurant was delightful, the staff were excellent and our meals were delicious.
This was the best meal out that I have had this year.
I urge you to try this place!
