I absolutely loved my visit! Well over due I must admit. I choose the flake shake š it was splendid š and I also choose the biscoff stack of pancakes and wow they were made to perfection, taste was absolutely perfect, and surprisingly not sickly at all!

Definitely one of my new favourite dessert places in Norwich. The biscoff dipping bowl is perfect for satisfying a biscoff craving, so is the Kinder Bueno bowl. Will definitely be back!

Upon first glance at the menu, it looks very expensive for what it is. However, not only are the food and the milkshakes amazing but the customer service is superb. The staff here are so lovely and go above and beyond to ensure youāre comfortable and feel welcome. The atmosphere is so relaxed, normally when I try out a new place I feel out of place but that is not the case here. It is so worth the money and we will be returning soon!

Iād like to say thank you to the couple running Belly Boos down the lanes today. They were closing up but saw our family hovering outside as we were hoping for a pit stop with the Kids and saw this place half an hour earlier. They turned the light back on for us and attended to our much needed rest before taking the kids home. You guys didnāt have to, but you did and that kind of customer service and care goes along way. I just hope we didnāt hold you up too long. Many thanks, the last minute family of four.x

I ordered the Biscoff shake and OMG it is to die for! Not only is it topped with the famous biscuit drizzled in Biscoff sauce it also contains a slice of Biscoff cheesecake wrapped in cream. I would highly recommend this for any Biscoff fan out there. Been going to Bellyboos since they first opened in Gorleston and Iāve never been let down by how tasty their shakes are and how friendly the staff are

Ventured up the discreet entrance to treat my son. Had a Biscoff sundae that he absolutely loved and was very tasty if I do say so myself! Worth a look if you fancy a treat, the stairs up to Bellyboo's are next to Schuh.

Great dessert spot. We had the Eton Mess Pancakes and Bueno Pancakes. Both went down a treat. We also had some sweet shakes, the Nutella one and the Mint Aero one were great. Make sure you have plenty of room when you go here as I'd had a sandwich before and ended up absolutely stuffed. Pretty fast service time, perhaps 5-10 minutes from ordering. They have a site where you can check out the menu and a barcode you can scan to access it. There's no table service so you go up to order but it wad no problem at all.

Staff really lovely and helpful. Bought water for our dogs. Great choice of unusual American sweets an drinks. Staff member went out to reel off ice cream flavours to my husband on the terrace. Ice creams huge and all variations catered for. Really worth the visit

Enourmously recommended. They really live up to all the hype. The staff were fast and friendly. They also do a range of sweets and American snacks.
Location isn't amazing, and we had to drive specifically to it. Parking is pretty hard to come by on the street but it looked like there might have been parking behind it.
The drinks were great and really fresh. They even give you wet wipes to clean your hands.

First experience this morning, the staff were amazing and so very welcoming. I'm surprised to see some people's comments regarding rude staff, as my experience was a very warm welcome one along with my 3 children. My eldest even said how lovely the manager and staff are as they were very helpful when we arrived. We all had Pancakes and they looked outstanding and tasted amazing! We know we will be back! Thankyou so much for the lovely experience, a huge credit to the staff!

Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, has a nice rustic feel within the restaurant and the desserts are amazing. Would definitely recommend walking a few extra metres into town to come here as oppose to an over priced ice cream on the sea front.

Absolutely love this place. Me and my cousin come here every month when we have a day off. We used to come here every week or two. And the menu is great for when we first started coming and it never gets boring or rubbish as they are always coming up with new ones. that may not be on the menu but even if you want something made to your liking they adjust to it, the staff are very friendly and they always serve you to the best of their ability when itās really busy, many times we have come and expected it to be busy and we wait and be patient as there can be big orders sometimes. We are regulars and their new shop accommodates to having more people and can sit and wait for the orders. We have recommended this shop to many many many people and they have all come here and given reviews back and some mentioned the waiting time but were still happy to wait. You will always have us as regular customers keep up the amazing work.

Amazing staff and service.Have just been for the first time, it was amazing. As a wheelchair user I am sometimes treated like a second class citizen, here I was treated as a human being, staff couldn't do enough to help, moving chairs and people to accommodate my wheelchair. Thank you bellyboos for your outstanding customer service and for your great milkshakes. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Visted here 28/07/18 with my dad and my two daughters (6 and 22months). As we arrived the queue did seem quite long but there wasn't that many people sitting in around 20 people tops. So guessed people were taking there's out. Queued for a bit until we were greeted and asked if we were sitting in to yes we replied. We were taken to a table, which was absolutely horrendous, made out of wood which hadnt been sanded and wasn't good for my daughters catching splinters, just couldn't really believe it. Any way ignore it and finally managed to pick from the very unhelpful menu. My dad then had to queue back up in the same orginal queue to place our order, whilst being served he then got told it would be a 45 minute wait! I was absolutely outraged by the service. Just couldn't believe they werent telling there customers straight away while sitting us. The service was VERY shocking. Decided with my 2 daughters surrounded by splinter wood I was definitely not waiting 45 minutes. And left. I definitely will not be coming back or reccomending this place to anyone. Waste of time!

Brilliant place!we visit this place yesterday, due to the weather we opted for the waffles instead of the ice cream. I will give only 4* purely because the place itās a little small and the menu doesnāt show all the great things they can do. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Will be coming back for the ice creams and milkshakes.

Amazing!! We had been recommended to go by a good friend and we wasnāt disappointed. Staff was actually a family run business, so friendly and helpful, itās worth the little wait because you enjoy every mouthful! The shakes this place produces are nothing short of amazing. However, when we asked to see the pancake menu (we were told by a friend that the pancakes were great so thatās what we went for) was were told that they didnāt have one and we should look on Instagram or Facebook. Seriously! Needless to say we didnāt order pancakes. We had a coffee and left.
This place would benefit so much more from using proper online menus and on the premises with pics of their amazing food and prices. Most people like to browse a full menu before ordering otherwise those people that donāt have Instagram or Facebook will never know what you serve so will just have a shake or a coffee when actually they might take a look and decide on something extra. Hence the reason for only 3 stars.

Walking down Gorleston high street and saw the sign outside so popped in and I was blown away by the genuine friendlies of the staff and the owner who took time out to show us what they do and talked though the choices and showed my daughter photos of their food. Having wanted to go here for months I finally made it this week. Although appreciated that the business had only just moved, the menu only detailed shakes, was clearly out of date,had stickers with price rises on and so on. I wanted pancakes as I had seen them online, the waitress although keen to please was only able to show me an idea of what was available on her personal phone on the Facebook page? Seemed rather odd and although my pancakes and ice cream arrived speedily and were delicious, for me it was over priced and sadly failed to meet my expectations.

I have been promising my son for ages that Iād take him to belly booās! So Saturday we had alittle date afternoon and went! Place was very busy but we didnāt have to wait long before we were sitted! Great staff and service and even better milkshakes!! Very busy but staff still had time to chat, once people left their seats staff very quick to clean tables and get new customers sitted! We were in and out quickly but had friends to meet! Went back on way home for sweets to take home! I wish we hadnāt coz spent more on sweets than the milkshakes šš but they are specialist sweets so going to pay more! I had a choice could of got a pick and mix from wilkos, but it was a date afternoon after all so well worth it!
