Lovely food often vist if we have a hospital appointment ans only 5 min drive. Lovely sausages and large portions.
Super delicious Chippy tea! Friendly staff. Easy parking. Reasonable price. Popular with locals always a good sign, especially when you’re only visiting as a holidaymaker.

Wow. For a Friday evening 5.30pm it was a absolute pleasure being a customer for this lovely chippy. First time in about 2 years and wow. Still amazing foods. Missed one item in order but was solved with no issues.
100% a real to be given such good foods.

Had large haddock and chips.
The batter was crispy and fish well cooked had medium size chips which was enough for two.
Service was fast and efficient.
It is on a local housing estate, but not hard to find.
The only problem for some might be it is cash only, but there is a cash machine at the CO-OP

Best chippy around, been using joes for years now, great portion sizes and reasonable prices and most importantly cooked in beef dripping so keeping with what’s traditional.
Some food is prepped to order but some is ready in the window unfortunately.
Our food was made to order and was very tasty. The fish was fresh and curry sauce was good too.
Cash only so have to dock a star for that otherwise a decent chippy
Omg the bestest fish and chips I've been to the cod was amazing cooked fresh and not soggy was perfect and the chip wow the portion loads and the service was so sweet and very helping will definitely recommend this chippy and can't wait go back again next te stay in the area
One of the best fish and chips I've ever been to. Staff are nice, portions are brilliant and well-priced and the food is absolutely delicious. I've only ever had one meh night from them out of the last year I've been going to them for twice a week
First visit to Joe's Chippy tonight. Very friendly service and the cod and chips were absolutely delicious. 2 minute drive from my house too so will definitely be returning. Thank you.
