I was in this store on the day of the previous negative review. All I can say is judge for yourselves on the amount of great reviews given. I did not have any issues and the staff were nothing but attentive and polite. Haven’t we got anything better to moan about. These staff work so hard! Amazing as far as I’m concerned so take your moaning elsewhere!

We had afternoon tea and we thoroughly enjoyed it, and if I get back that way for a holiday we will definitely go back

The staff is friendly. Coffee was okay. But the choice of desserts is poor, no healthy desserts. Also very many people, too loud because of that.

Lovely little place to sit and relax. Staff are superb, very friendly and make this Costa really sparkle. They deserve your custom, so why not treat yourself to one of the finest tasting coffees around.

Congratulations to the new manager who has turned this costa from dark and gloomy bad service to one of the best and welcoming costas I've ever visited I give this costa a miss since beginning of year due to bad attitude staff and dark gloomy store over the last few months with new management I have seen all areas better than improve back to a happy store I will now be happy to visit first thing in the morning to start a happier day well done all new staff
