Ate twice at Three Mile while on a visit to the UK & a 5-night stay at The Great North Hotel (on premises). Visit 1, party of 6 - Sun Jul 25: Tandoori Chicken Flatbread was FANTASTIC; steak was tough & rubbery; Kerala Coconut Curry w/ cauliflower + added chicken + rice was excellent. Visit 2, party of 4 - Fri Jul 28: unfortunately, we waited the better part of an hour for our food. Not enough servers, and it was extremely noisy (busy celebratory evening). Manager came out to discuss and offered a free round of drinks along w/ heartfelt apologies - absolutely lovely manager. I apologize, but I did not get her name. Curried cauliflower was missing mango sauce, fries & the salad greens I had requested - all which the manager immediately brought out. Again, the Tandoori Chicken Flatbread was OUTSTANDING, w/ a very generous portion. It was like a huge pizza with very imaginative toppings. Highly recommend this restaurant. Would like to reiterate that the manager was truly great and is an asset to your establishment. With appreciation, from Toronto, Canada.
We had a lovely 2 course Sunday lunch in here. It’s a very stylish yet welcoming pub. Warm and welcoming staff. One issue was that my pork dish was extremely chewy but I mentioned it to the lady waiting on us and she got it changed immediately without any delays. So full points for rectifying it quickly. Through the dinner the staff was great with our kids too. It a bit pricey but will come back.

Had a family event in a function room. Catering was very tasty and accommodated certain dietary requirements within the group.
Comfortable and clean.. room darkly decorated and felt a little decadent even. Event delivered without a hitch and staff was excellent.
Bar was a little understaffed for the demand on a BH afternoon but the wait wasn't too long.
Upon arrival we were welcomed warmly by a fantastic bartender ( he was Australian I think)
We choose to sit in the bar area as it had nice tables and a great vibe ( the new decor is stunning)
Now for the main event we went for a burger which was perfectly cooked with an amazing bun and the chicken dish with potato fondant .
Quite honestly the food is top quality and priced reasonable
Loads of space. Good beers on tap. Friendly staff.
Held a surprise party for a friend, the staff were superb and very helpful and so professional. Beautiful venue 😍
Stayed overnight at the hotel and for convenience we eat Sunday lunch late afternoon, all meals were excellent, slow cooked topside of beef, Roast chicken breast and roast rump of beef served pink. Plenty of fresh vegetables, staff courteous and friendly, only shame was that the pork was unavailable.
Would visit again.
Great place, nice atmosphere, gets busy but bar staff work well so you don't wait long. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Truffle shuffle pizza is excellent.
Food just a bit pricey but it was nice and the same of the drinks. Good atmosphere.
Nice pub with really good staff, visited a few time recently and never a bad pint. Great selection of beers and ales. Nice traditional decor and huge out door seating area. Staff are welcoming and eager to please.
Great large and spacious place with good food. Be aware though that food isn't served outside (if you were choosing to sit there for covid reasons)
The burgers were juicy and full of flavour. the sweet onions and three Mile burger sauce are lovely. Thrice cooked chips were good too. Nice range of drinks available.
Ordering can be done through a special App (w8r)but staff are attentive and will also take orders. Decor and toilets were first class. Manager here checked up on everyone and was welcoming.

Staff where great, food was great and affordable, just the music was to load in the bar area, ended up sitting in another room .
Went for a light lunch. Food was served quickly and was delicious. Not the cheapest place to eat but very very good. Would definitely recommend and will be going back.
Cozy place to hangout with friends and have a drink or even after work...you can have a drink here then retire home.
