The staff are welcoming and friendly and polite. The service was excellent. When we asked about a dish not listed on the menu they said it could be done. We were able to have our starter and appetizers together and more veg for our shedded duck when we needed it. The lemon chicken was the best I have eaten in a long time. Perfectly crispy. Will be going there again.
Last week me and my friend were lucky to get a table there. Friendly and warm welcome, attentive staff and nice hot food, very generous portions. We were not able to eat it all. Busy Saturday night,
the restaurant doing also take away. Everyone from staff was wearing face covering. Bathrooms clean and shiny. Highly recommended 👌
Been here a few times with the family, always been nice. Food plentiful and service good, the owner always has a chat with us at some point during the meal. They give sweets to the kids after the meal too which they love of course! There is parking nearby, a few minutes walk away. The place does seem popular and every time we have been there it has been nearly full, so probably best to book in advance as we do, to ensure a place, especially at weekends.
Best Chinese Restaurant in Grantham by a country mile. Great service, great food and fantastic staff all combine to ensure you have a great meal within a social occasion. Can't recommend it highly enough.
Not usually busy early doors but worth booking to be sure you get in if you're going later from Thursday to Sunday.
Jimmy always makes sure you have a terrific evening so I'm certain I'll be back many times.
We had our first takeaway from here last night and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was a shame we didn't choose to get dressed up and go there for a sit down meal because the atmosphere was great and the bar looked well stocked. The owner is front of house on the bar and makes everyone feel very welcome, we will definitely be back both to eat in and takeaway.

In a group or a couple you will always have a great dining experience at China Inn (Jimmys). Over the years we've been multiple times and never ever had a bad meal or service. Best in Grantham.. no doubt.
Jimmy the owner of this establishment & his family are lovely people & that shows in the quality of the food they provide, be it sit in or take-away its just the same. Only my point if view of course as we're all diff't and have diff't tastes but would recommend.
