Love this shop, tasty food, tasty drinks, lovely staff, they always help me, it's much appreciated, it's greatly much appreciated.
You know what you are getting. Good value grub. Pleased they still sell their gift vouchers so you can buy them for the homeless.
Nice tea and nice latee but not much choice of baked goods but we were there about 5pm
I had a sausage roll and a coffee.

Came in before work and had a chicken bake, staff are really friendly and are knowledgeable about the food they sell. Pastry was hot and fresh. I definitely recommend the chocolate doughnut as well as the chocolate muffin as it has gooey chocolate in the centre for an added surprise.
I bought 2 bacon rolls and 2 vannilla Latte's for £5 now you can't complain about that can you? Not a lot of seating and it's narrow this place is far too tempting lots of yummy looking cakes and cookies too.

Good staff here, work very hard and the food is good to be fair. Maybe could be more choice as not all the spaces on the shelf were filled.
I would like to commend Becky at Greggs, Grantham, for her excellent customer service. I had a problem which was queried and she handled it with great expertise. I think that this was the best customer service I have received.
