The Rams Head Inn - Grappenhall - Photo album

I had stopped going to this pub many years ago because quite frankly the food was not all that good. However, we were asked by friends to dine out one lunchtime and they chose the Rams Head. I was actually quite surprised, it has new owners since I had dined there previously, and we all had very nic
Despite dining during what seemed a quiet period, service was polite but very slow. The food was tasty, not massive portions, just right. The menu selection was quite limited, but vegetarians are catered for. 2 mains, 2 soft drinks and a coffee came to around £35. We would go again, but not if we we
Nicely done up pub retaining some of its old charm. Sort of place you’d come for a family meal maybe or a couple of pints. Very nice vibe outside i huge front on the cobbles. A few real ales on. Large outside seating area. Quite a smart pub.
The food was delicious, we had the ploughmans with sides but could do with a bit more bread, a large pickled onion and another chutney. The roast dinner that went to the next table looked divine aswell.
Gorgeous little pub, set back from the main roads it's so quiet and peaceful. Inside is lovely, really nice menu to choose from and plenty of drinks! Will be going for food one night 100%
It’s not a bad place, service a little slow — but seems like a place where the staff know everyone by name so it’s probably a community pub … anyway, the food was decent enough, though it was weird that the chips felt like they had come straight from a chippy rather than the usual way that they’re p
Visited on Sunday 6th August for a birthday celebration meal and had a fantastic experience. Food, service and atmosphere were all excellent. Would definitely come back and highly recommend!
We stopped in for a pint after a walk. A well kept pub with friendly staff, and a reasonable selection of beers. It's bigger than it looks from the outside, where there's a nice area to sit and watch the world go by.
Lovely big pub..Next door to Parr’s Arms Car park is massive Out door sun trap and pods if raining Staff are great and jolly Not massive selection of food but is very good If you don’t try you’ll never know Good selection of wines and beers Space for families especially if have prams
Lovely rural pub inside and outside eating areas. Plenty of free parking. Wheelchair friendly with a lift to the main bar area.
Lovely pub grub with great service from the staff. Never seen a ploughman's cheese board served on a whopper long plate before, really well presented ****
Lovely food and great gentleman serving us. We were a large group and he got all the food out and to the correct people alone. Very efficient
Nice meal. Friendly staff. Table service. Was busy.
