Lovely hotel, great service and very comfortable. The property is very well upholstered, is in tip top condition, which is probably helped by the no dogs policy. The restaurant meals we had were of a high standard, including breakfast, cooked food always piping hot.

The vacation didn’t go as planned. I was so looking forward to Lake District’s part of our trip but had a bad fracture before coming over in an accident in the UK. That kind of ruined the experience of Grasmere and Windermere for me.
