Had late lunch here after a very wet walk. The fire was very welcome! We had been unable to book in the dining room, but I rang and they reserved us a table in the bar. Excellent food. Excellent and most welcoming and friendly service. Can't wait to go again.

My husband and I celebrated his birthday yesterday with a fabulous evening meal at Grassington House. We could not fault the quiet efficiency of the staff and both of us were very impressed with the very 'more-ish' and well presented food. A special thanks must go to Rebecca, who created a spectacular dessert sharing plate of the most delicate, pretty, wonderfully creative and most of all so delicious treats for the eye and palette. A very talented young lady. We will be back for more!

Stunning food with a breakfast that would be hard to beat for distinctive quality food and service. Rooms are well equipped and maintained with proper filter coffee, fresh milk and homemade biscuits.

Classy place lovely rooms and the menu looked amazing although only had chance for breakfast which was spot on. Book it you won’t be disappointed. 👏

We went for Sunday lunch and it was really excellent. All three courses were delicious, but the roast beef and the belly of pork were standouts. Given the quality of food it was excellent value for money.

We came here for afternoon tea. It was delicious and beautifully prepared and served. The staff were attentive, efficient and friendly. The cost was comparative with other places but the food was well above. The individual portions were superb and not just mini versions of what you could prepare at home. Good variety of both savoury and sweet items. Well presented. Highly recommended.

Staff very friendly and welcoming, lovley looking building. Bedroom beautiful, bathroom slightly on the tired side. Great selection of coffee and and teas in bedroom, only wish we had more of the home made biscuits. WiFi was great, work with no issues. Ate at restaurant, quite pricey but you couldn't fault it! food delicious and service great. You can tell that the staff are proud where they worked, I couldn't believe that they where sweeping the outside of the building at 9am with a smile on there faces. Thank you

We like to stay in Grassington house, good location. The rooms are all different. All of the staff are helpful and provide good service. On our recent visit we had an excellent meal-- halibut with ravioli. The fish was perfect. The breakfast wins rightly awards, with the friendliest waitress. We look forward to our next visit

We are a family of four that loves All Creature’s Great and Small. We stayed in two rooms and ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel. We highly recommend visiting this town and staying and eating at Grassington house. The food was excellent and our rooms adjoined via an outdoor patio so it was great for our family. The hotel has its own parking lot so parking was easy.

Omg this place is lovely, we stayed here for my wife's bday and can't fault anything at all , people lovely, food fantastic, rooms lovely

Booked number 6 for our 1st wedding anniversary. Check in then shown our room, staff then came to our room with 2 glasses of prosecco for me and my husband which was so kind. Food in the evening was gorgeous, waiter Sean is great and made sure everything was perfect. Our room was fab, so relaxing and the double bath in the room was amazing! We requested to have breakfast in our room when we checked in our hotel, it didn't arrive so I had to call reception but within 5 minutes we was served such a lovely breakfast which we really enjoyed. Checking out we was told the kitchen was just finishing off for breakfast when I called down so I actually think they forgot we had pre booked our breakfast in our room and maybe if I didn't ring them we may never have got it but we did and it was great. 5 stars from my husband and I. We booked two rooms at this hotel back in June for a small, intimate 50th birthday celebration. The birthday boy had the 'Square Room' & we had 'White Room'. We didn't regret our choice of venue. Shaun, who has very exacting & refined tastes, was blown away with his room and all three of us were impressed with the quality of the food as well as the ambience of the conservatory where we dined. The unaffected friendliness of the waiting staff and their levels of attentiveness made for a very pleasurable and relaxing experience coupled with a degree of faultless professionalism and efficiency which couldn't fail to impress. This is definitely the place to celebrate any special occasion in beautiful surroundings. Would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel & restaurant without hesitation. Thanks to all at the Grassington House Hotel for making Shaun's first visit to this lovely village such a success. He would love to come back and we fully appreciate why!

Exceptional meal, friendly, professional staff and beautiful room. I mentioned on booking it was my husband's birthday and a decorated plate of chocolates were in our room - a lovely touch. Highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic meal to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday. Food was superb as was the service. Couldn't do enough for us. Definitely recommend for both food and drinks

Stayed overnight in Room 6 recently. Gorgeous room very clean. Love the bath in the room. Views are lovely too. Breakfast was great. Would recommend to others and will be returning in the future.

This was our first stay at Grassington House & we will definitely be back. We had a stunning room (Number 6) & the most gorgeous meal. We can honestly say we have never stayed in a better hotel & being in Grassington also gave us the luxury to walk around the village & it’s lovely shops. Thank you to all the staff who obviously work so hard to provide the most amazing service too!

A beautiful little hotel in the little village of Grassington wonderful food and great customer service. I have had both lunch and afternoon tea there and would recommend both. Divine supper last night! The tasting menu is a must! The food, the service, the wine and the atmosphere all brilliant! It was a real treat!

Fantastic service from every member of staff. Our room was lovely and the restaurant was amazing!!! You must try the award winning Fillet mignon Rag Pudding one of the best dishes I've ever had.
