The food was absolutely amazing. It tasted fresh and was nice and hot. I received immaculate service from Sam twice this week. He was very lovely, professional and attended to our needs. He told me to sit down and wait for my food as Iām pregnant which was thoughtful. 10/10 service from Sam! :)

The food was absolutely amazing but what made it even better for me was the service I received from Sam and the time and effort he took to prepare my food which I could see. He truly made my day much better with the way he made me feel so comfortable in coming there to eat. Best lunch Iāve had in lakeside and best service EVER in lakeside. Please please could you reward sam because he is such a leader in his service and cooking skills. I even came back and bought more because his cooking was so good. AMAZING.

Absolutely delicious! Lots of gluten free options and this is clear on the main board, without having to go searching for it. On the pricey side but worth it. Took 15 mins to get food from time of ordering (2.15pm on a saturday) so not so much with the 'express'. No atmosphere in the horrible food court but that isn't Thai Express' fault!

Food is delicious, staff is really nice and helpful, even on busy days. I've been served by Sam many times and he's always having a great customer service and is very polite.

The food there was really tasty, I had green curry and I liked it very much, itās spice and the curry sauce was creamy and delicious, it was just perfect, the pad Thai that my husband had was very yummy too. Even though it is a fast food restaurant in a food court, the quality of the food is much better than lots of Thai restaurants that I had been to before. Very nice š

The stir-fry battered chicken oyster dish is delicious. So is the beef stir fry sweet and sour. Great customer service by Sam too. Definitely would recommend.
