Lovely, friendly local cafe. Great milkshakes - our 3 year old granddaughter loves them (so do we!). Highly recommended.
Visited today, fantastic little place, has the majority of cafe business in the village as no other cafe except village centre which isn’t open weekends. It has a lovely seating area at the front and inside, and a courtyard area to the back where dogs are allowed.

Courtyard Caffè is a lovely place . The staff are so friendly and all food is Delicious 😋 💯 Always enjoy a visit when staying with my sister and brother in law in Elswick....Great Eccleston is also a beautiful village with special people.

First time I have been here since moving in to Big Eccy ,excellent coffee and very friendly staff.
An absolutely wonderful cafe! First time visit today and it won't be the last. We had a beautifully moist and tasty chocolate fudge cake and latte. The decor is very nice, the service was warm and friendly and the atmosphere was extremely relaxed.
Well worth a visit, I highly recommend this place.
7 of us turned up unannounced at the Courtyard earlier this week. We were welcomed by smiley faces and were soon sat down enjoying various breakfasty items despite it being past the cut off for the breakfast offerings. Food very tasty and a good size for us hungry cyclists. 😋The owner even went the

What can I say fantastic service in this nice little cafe, breakfast here was lovely everything from the pot of tea to the way the bacon was cooked....... Perfect! I would recommend this place to anyone and most definitely will be eating here again!!!
Lovely coffee in pleasant surroundings. Service very good. Courteous and friendly welcome. On a nice day it would be very pleasant to sit in the courtyard to the rear of the cafe. Cakes looked really good and the food certainly appeared to be very appetizing. Prices very reasonable.

The waitress was polite, helpful and efficient.
She said it was her first day so well done.

They made the best mocha I have ever had! ☕ Lovely service, did really well with Covid regulations, and if the sun is out, it's a chilled village to sit outside and watch the world go by 👍🏼
