Always a great real ale to be found here. Great atmosphere and occasionally a band on blasting out a tune or two.

Lovely food. The wife loved the cheese and onion pie. Said it was just like her dad made it. Liver sausage bacon and mash was gorgeous. 3 pints of veltins lager and 2 large merlots all for 35 quid. First time visit and won't be last
