The staff here are always very friendly and welcoming. The tables are always kept clean and tidy by staff and so is the restaurant itself. The toilets are also kept clean and hygienic too. I always order a hot chocolate or a latte and have never had an issue 😀
Lovely coffee shop in the centre of Great Yarmouth. The staff were brilliant so friendly and helpful even though they were extremely busy.
First stop on exploring Great Yarmouth, had some free drinks to claim. Always save them up holidays. Very tidy shop with plenty of seating and very friendly staff. Even accommodated my son's request who suffers from autism so he could get his drink the way he likes it, with the long travel day that helped him. Presentation of drinks were spot on. Only negative for me was had the new iced kit kat was great just felt like it was more ice than anything else, I know it sounds odd but 3 sips through the straw and I was done.

While I cannot comment on the food as I had none, Costa lived up to its name on the quality of the coffee and once again I was more than happy with the service delivery of the staff who were very proficient and patience and I hope get acknowledged more by customers and management.

Not my favourite Costa but I do like the store for sitting and watching the world go by... Coffee is always good here but staff could be friendlier as experienced in so many other Costa's. It's busy and maybe the reason it isn't the tidiest, floor in desperate need of sweeping and at times slow to clear tables. To be honest it's not picking because the toilets smell good and are tidier than some stores I have been to. Four stars to show i'm happy enough but the little details need attention... Coffee particularly good today

Had a mocha n choc biscuit very nice, usually have a latte but find it's a bit hit and miss with the strength even with an extra shot a lot of time the coffee is not strong enough
