Shockingly bad!! I wish I had read all of these reviews before wasting £40. Absolutely appallingly tasteless food. I have never eaten such poor quality.
Most food containers, on the buffet, were empty. Whilst in there, a family came into the restaurant, examined the buffet and walked out; I wish we had looked before tasting!! The restaurant was dirty, and, despite it not being busy, the bar was covered in dirty glasses and tables contained dirty plates. These people ensure that you pay, before you eat - now I know why. Do not eat here. Will be calling trading standards and environmental health.

Handed a flyer with loads of fresh and appetising dishes on, asked the flyer girl if they were serving all the dishes to which she replied yes so we gave it a go. Got inside to find only 4 dishes and 8 sides on offer. The flyer girl came inside the restaurant so I asked her where the prawn toast was and she replied that they had run out. I then asked her about another of the dishes I wanted, she said she “doesn’t know, maybe it comes out after 5pm”. Blatantly lied to, plus drink prices are not advertised, only discovered having finished eating that the cost of one Pepsi is almost the same as the cost of the buffet. Also charged my 18 month old for a kid’s buffet for eating 3 fish fingers.

Not a great selection of food to choose from, mushy rice, most food on plate cold by time u get to seat, chicken in dishes were not very nice, see through watery curry sauce, salad selection was...plate of lettuce, tomatoes.
Cake selection was stale cupcakes jam roll.
Plates pilled on table in front of you and only cleared away when finished.
Only good thing I can say is chicken balls were nice.
Waste of money :/

Worst eating experience I've ever had. Dirty restaurant and tasteless food.

DO NOT EAT HERE!
I can give you list of reasons as to why not!
Buffet meals - not much on offer at all! very limited foods to eat - and the food that was on offer - was either very little in the trays or they needed to be stirred because it had a thick layer of skin on top! the rice was stuck to and had to scrape off the little rice there was! the dessert choice was worse! you had a choice of 3 things to choose from! ice cream (of which you had to literally open the chest freezer and open the tub of ice cream yourself) - Jelly, which looked absolutely awful and didn't even look like jelly! It looked way too watery to be jelly! iv had better foods at a hospital!
And a cheap thin slice of swiss roll (which you can tell it was bought for a £1 from the pound shop! the curry was watery also! all this for a very extortionate price! £27 in total for 2 people, and that was with 2 half pints of coke each! a pint of coke was £3 each!! which I thought was way Over the top!
The woman that served us was quite blunt and rude towards us, and never heard of: "service with a smile". IN fact - everyone who was working in there didn't smile at all! didn't even want to acknowledge our presence!
The tables were sticky! I thought she may have washed the tables with glue with how sticky it was! The plates were bite size small.
Bearing in mind - this was at 9.30pm and outside the restaurant, the closing time says 11pm, we felt very rushed to finish our dinner and dessert, because while we was eating our dessert, the staff started packing away the food by transporting the food which is available to customers to the kitchen! bearing in mind, they didn't even ask us if we had finished with dessert! I may have fancied going back for some more of that cheap swiss roll! but the staff did not ask us at all! so had no choice really to make sure that our dessert we was eating would be the only one we would be eating. I felt this to be very rude!
then they started turning off the lights!! Am I being serious about this? of course I am! I was absolutely gobsmacked! they was turning the lights OFF whilst we was eating at 10pm!! 1 hour before they are supposed to shut! so they wanted to pack up everything 1 hour before they are advertised to close.
every 5 mins whilst we were eating, we also noticed that the woman that served us was hanging around the bar doing nothing, and it kind of looked to us as if she was inpatient, waiting for us to finish. it made me think "She's waiting for us to finish so they can lock up early and she is making it blatantly clear about it". Then she went outside numerous of times. One time, to move her car, although she was talking to her friend outside in another car!. Another time she went outside, and I think she was smoking, wasn't quite sure as she stood the other side of the door for 2 minutes! but then she came back in! We also saw her eating her own buffet meal at the far end of the restaurant... not even acknowledging us when we went up for dessert. The cutlery is dirty and had to clean my bowl because of the black bits in the bowl.
This has got to be the worst restaurant I have ever been to and I certainly will not be going back there again. Everything that is wrong with a place and they ticked all the boxes. Disgraceful.
I thought I might share my experience with everyone. Horrible service with expensive prices but certainly not worth the money! I recommend Mcdonalds than going to this place.
Enter at your own risk would be my motto for this place.

Don't go here! Apart from over advertising the actual dishes available, and poor service, the regular customers reach into tins with their hands and eat the finger food over the serving counters. It's filthy, you stick to the table. One waitress brought a fresh tin of food with her thumbs in it. Big yuk

The food was ok nothing special. Staff were friendly buf when we got to the ice cream. the waiter scooped the ice cream out the freezer for my my grandson bexause he couldn't open the freezer my grandson pointed out a beetle/cocroach in the scoop of ice cream. when he showed him he just took this scoop out his bowl and gave him another scoop !.!!

Food tasted ok. Not a large selection of dishes for a buffet (even though they advertise "over 60 dishes" only maybe a third of that selection is available on a daily basis). Also about a third of the food looks store bought as opposed to being made in house (e.g. their fish fingers, potato waffles, onion rings, and all their desserts, to name a few).
