I went into costa today to see if they had a first aid kit as my sister feel over and was bleeding and there was a lovley employee who helped us and gave us a wipe and plaster for her and was very polite and helpful. Thank you to that employee he really helped us and made my sister feel better. Lovley to see there are still helpful and kind people around! x

Staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the service is quick. It's a Costa so you know what you're getting in terms of drinks/decor, it's the staff that make this a place we come back to every time!

Great Costa, lots of space and not many people. Very quiet and peaceful. Could be a little cleaner especially in the bathrooms. No tissues around the cafe unless you ask. The bathrooms didn't have much soap and the dispenser is so low, it's almost touching the sink, so it's a bit tricky to get your hand under it.
