I have always found the Whittards store in Canary Wharf to be a very nice place. Whether during the week or at the weekend the staff are always consummately polite,extremely helpful and always prepared to go above and beyond to help one find what is needed or,at the very least, as near as possible. Would recommend this store very highly indeed.

I was served by a lovely lady today!!! Excellent service!! Amazing hot chocolate!! I forgot my payment card and the lady immediately aware of that and returned it to me! Very good attention to details

Small store but impeccable service. Disappointed that I wasn't able to taste any of the teas but I was given a small sample to take away for free. Didn't realise it was one of more expensive teas, but it was amazing and I returned to get more. Shame the store isn't bigger.

Love this shop in Canary Wharf and each time I visit I find the service absolutely excellent. There was not one tea selection recommended to me which I wouldn’t be super happy with! Highly recommended place and lovely staff

Love their tea selection and always buy for myself and friends as a gift.
The customer service at Canary Wharf branch could have been better. The lady with spectacles on seemed so busy looking at the screen, I was staying next to her, patiently waiting her to notice me and accept my payment. Luckily, her assistant turn up and let me go with my purchase.
