Visited for a birthday meal in January. Being so soon after Christmas, price was a priority. I had the carvery which was fabulous and reasonably priced. Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. The queue for the food stretched to the door but it was well worth the wait for me. Several birthday parties were in at the time of my visit and this made for a lovely atmosphere. Reasonably priced drinks. Definitely would go back. EDIT went back in August for my go-to carvery. As usual, Mylett Arms did not dissapoint. Fantastic Sunday dinner eaten outdoors in the sunshine. Sorry about the state of my plate. I couldn't wait to tuck in. Absolutely fantastic value for money

Came with my family yesterday daughters and grandchildren had really good time. The young chef was really pleasant don’t know the name. And the other man was very friendly who served me and my family was very kind respectful and laughing with my grandchildren made us feel very comfortable. We will be coming back when I’m around the area

Great local carvery with great food at decent prices.
The children play area was very appreciated.

I came into Myllet Arms with my family. And the staff was very friendly. The food was really delicious. Had really good dietary choices. Been to other green king pub and they don’t have much on dietary choices. But Myllet Arms did. I will be going back there to eat.

We've had a lovely meal and my daughter had fun in the indoor playground. The vegan burger was juicy and tasty. But the place is under staffed and we had to wait at least 45 minutes for our food. The staff on duty work very hard and were friendly and polite. Do get there as early as you can.

Lovely place with great foods and very very good price! I don’t think we could find anywhere like this in London. We visited a few times and every time the experience is perfect. We tried the unlimited breakfast, price is 9 something for each, and carvery , standard price is 7/8 something !

After a golf game at Perivale Golf club, my friend I visited Mylett Arms for food and drinks. First you choose your quantity of meat either small portion, medium or large portion. We opted the small portion. From the carvery, you will be served with the quantity of meat of your choice, then for the rest of the toppings, you dived in to choose what you heart's desire including choices of gravy. The food was so delicious and the price of drinks was very reasonable too. The dining atmosphere feels cozy. There are plenty of seats and tables inside or you can also lunch or dine outside in their beautiful garden with live TV sports entertainment. It's is a place one should visit regularly to experience their hospitality.

Spacious pub with ample seating available. This pub serves buffet breakfast for the Premier Inn, next door to where we were staying. Service is excellent and staff were attentive.
Pictures taken were ordered during afternoon/evening visits.

Family of 4 with young children we are. Carvery Sunday lunch which was great value for money! The turkey, gammon and roast beef were beautiful and juicy. good selection of vegetables to choose from. Roast potatoes were nice crispy and not over baked. children loved softplay area of course! Happy parents with drink and lunch easy supervised from table area.
20 children max for softplay area if busy they do one hour slot for enter softplay. and socks need as usual rule of other softplay facility. We spend 1.5hs to eat and couple drinks. ealy lunch is better to let play children and eat. after 1:30/2pm getting busy for Suday lunch. We'll be back for our Carvery lunch soon!
Thanks for Eddie who look after guests and keep safe and clean softplay area for family!

Christmas dinner EVERY DAY !
A fantastic carvery restaurant on the A40 heading out of London.
Food was excellent, no wait time, all fresh & staff are first class.
Refurbished garden for watching sports also.

Went in for a carvery today.. women in kitchen did not come out until I pressed the carvery bell FOUR times!!! It was slow and other staff members did not seem to be much help . Food was good although I've tasted better gammon in other carvery. At least kind lady gave us an extra Yorkie for our meal. 4/5

Very happy with my visit. Food = goooood. Service = Lovely Atmosphere = Refined.
Table was a tad wobbly and spilled our drinks, but that was probably also partly because I tripped and fell on it. Recommend.

My first visit and arrived at 12.30, up to bar ordered drinks and carvery ticket.
Got to carvery to see Gammon finished, was advised wait of 5 minutes which became 39/40 minutes. No a happy hobbit! When Gammon arrived all was forgiven and the young chef, who was under pressure, could not have been more accommodating. I believe there was a staff shortage, a shame, but, remaining staff were extremely helpful.
Yes, I will return, many thanks.

The food here is good roast potatoes are so good most of the staff and the owner is a joker loves abit of banter which is good and he's a wind up which makes it so much better only bad thing I can say is my daughter loves there play area but someone rented it out for a private party so she couldn't play in there she was upset but besides that it's a good place to go

Was there last night the queue to be served was more than 30 minutes only 2 visible staff taking the orders and serving drinks. My granddaughter wanted a burger but we were told it would be more than 45 minutes so she had to have a carvery
She also asked for a hot chocolate but no that didn't have that so she had to have soft drink
We went to get carvery and the chef was missing he was in the kitchen trying to get the food cooked when he did return I asked for some better roast potatoes as the ones in the hot plate were broken he said it would be 45.minutes so ended up with boiled ones
We pre order off the sweet menu but still ended up waiting for 30minuutes
The toilets are dirty no toilet paper in the cubicle I was using
There are not enough visible staff on the floor to speak to its obvious there are not enough staff working when the service requires more than a few
I will not be able to go back until the service has improved

Went Friday, had booked a table it was ready for us, some if us had carvery some ordered from menu, let's start with the carvery, all the meat was dry, I realise it keeps cooking under the lights but none the less it's not nice dry,, the food from menu was excellent every one who ordered enjoyed it, service was good, staff really helpful, my only moan is that when you email them, they take ages to answer or they don't answer at all, will definitely go back though

- Rude staff
- Unhelpful
- Food is terrible, supposed to be known as a carvery, carvery food is very very low standard (wouldn't feed to my dogs).
- Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Other than the wait staff, who I feel needs improving on,the whole experience was a delight. The food was wonderful and the pub itself lovely.
Barbara O'Doherty
Booked a table here yesterday and on arrival was greeted with a complete restaurant of dirty tables with no staff. I eventually found someone who said oh sit where you like! I had to then a clean a table!
Queued up to buy some food, paid, went to the carvery to be told we only have what’s here. There was only turkey scraps... when I complained the lady told me it wasn’t her fault. I agree but they should not have sold tickets for food that they didn’t have. Asked for a manager, she never came. We had no choice but to take what was in offer. Absolutely awful- hardly edible. No manager came and we left.
Awful customer experience and awful food. I can’t believe that they were selling tickets for food that wasn’t even available and that no one seemed to care about the customers at all. Massive letdown

The staff food and friendliness top draw I always recommend this place to friends and family

The food was fantastic. The choice of the vegetables was vast on the carvery. The family were relaxed and well fed thank you so much

visited this afternoon at 5.00 , restaurant was'nt busy ordered food and paid for it only to be told after I,had paid that there was a 30 minute wait! Food arrived and the gammon on the mixed grill was burnt black on one side. Had to ask twice for steak knives and when they arrived they were dirty !! This is the second time we have visited and had poor service, don't think there will be a third. Very disappointed , gone downhill from when it first opened.

Visited on Saturday afternoon with two other adults and one child. Took a fair while for staff to notice we needed serving. Ordered starters first but was given the child's meal with this also.
This meaning that she had finished her main before we had a chance to get ours. This meant that she was unhappy. Starters were nice. We shared nachos and chicken wings.
All three adults ordered the carvery. Got up to carvery and waited a fair while yet again with staff coming in and out of the bar/dessert area noticing us. All meat was dry. My gammon was extremely bland and just tasted of salt. The mash potato tasted like smash and also had no seasoning to it. The roast potatos were soggy and yet again had no real flavour/taste. The turkey was lovely but due to the rest of the meal letting it down I didn't get a chance to finish it. The cauliflower cheese had no sauce to it and just have a sprinkling of cheese on the top. They'd run out of the ice cream flavour I wanted so an alternative was given to me. Our little one was given a free scoop of ice cream but didn't expect this due to having money to pay for it.
We asked for a take away box for the food and it was placed on the floor next to our table. The staff were friendly and pleasant but the waiting time and food quality let it down.

Overnighting on business at the Premier Inn so visited for drinks and dinner. Really couldn't be happier, great beer and pub grub and the service and chat with Jason made for a really pleasant evening despite my being four hours from home in Cornwall. I hope his boss reads this as the guys a star!!

While the mixed grill and smothered chicken was very nice, what wasn't very nice were the queues of people waiting to order from the one staff member behind the bar. This was the reason we didn't hang around for dessert and cakes. Nowhere near good enough for a busy Tuesday evening.
Michelle Reynolds
Carvery was awful..
Check your receipt before leaving bar..
Cakes are OK but ridiculously massive portions!
Ice cream was nice.
I wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend, there are plenty of nicer places around. .

I went yesterday for my birthday it was lovely carvery, reasonable priced wine, and friendly staff I would definitely go back again
Michelle Hetherington
Tried to book a table for the England semi and was told they weren’t taking bookings only to turn up yesterday to reserved signs over all the table with tv views - not impressed! Service is begs belief - everytime I have ever been here there is no staff and the service is soooo slow! All in all not fabulous!
Ruth Steele
Customer service was terrible and staff not welcoming. Carvery veg was cold and looked as though it had been there all day. We complained but there wasn't really an apology. Ordered desserts - ice cream flavours not available / items missing from child's ice cream sundae. Ate there too for premier Inn breakfast again items not available most days - ran out of all jams etc , juice not filled up, ran out of plates for toast and that's just some of it ....
Edward Oakey
Another fantastic carvery had. We make an effort to come past here for food as the meat is always tasty, staff always friendly and chatty and it's always clean and tidy. Really can't find a bad word to say about it. Keep up the good work.
Ana Da Silva
So I decided to come for some dinner, waited an hour for our meal to arrive, when it did my daughters lasagna was over cooked mush and mine was cold!! We were sitting in front of the carvary when we see a member of staff pick up a broom ( which is used on the floor) and sweep the cavary top... disgusting!! I don't think I'll be going back!!
