Get there quick, brisket sold out by 2pm when we went. No complaints here though! Fried Chicken n' slaw was to die for, shrimp n' squid soft tacos out of this world! Will be back early next time to get my hands on the brisket!

Best food van in Inverclyde by a long shot! Been going for years as a treat to myself on the weekend! Tried almost everything on the menu. Everything is good, you will have no complaints! Just great food made made by amazing people.

I had unexpected free time this week, so today I took a trip to the best foodtruck in the west. Fellow award winning Jax Snax at The Marina and boy the trip was worth it!
I had Louisiana Catfish with dynamite sauce.
Birra Brisket & Haggis Tacos
Scallop, Black pudding and bacon Tacos
Brisket loaded Fries.

I’ve been going to Jax Snax for years and I’ve never been disappointed! Today I got a Malaysian Combo Curry, a Cajun Blue Catfish Po Boy and salt & chilli chips. I’m not usually a fan of beef in curry, but the combo at Jax Snax is an exception! The beef was so tender and melted in my mouth. Likewise, I took a risk ordering Catfish for the first time, but it paid off! It was absolutely amazing. Gary and Jax are brilliant and provide top service always! I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Lives up to the hype! Shrimp and chicken poboy was insane, as was the salt and chilli chicken smash burger. Hake pakora was next level delicious! You have to try it
