Such a massive shame that cafe han has now closed for good loved this place especially for breakfast

We use this cafe quite regulary and get on well with Nicky the owner and her helper Chelsea. We love all her food and have had a full English breakfast" the sausages are delicious and sourced locally ". Always washed down with a lovely cup of tea. The dinners are all home made , Steak pies , bacon and egg pies etc and of course the traditional roast dinners , with beef, pork theres also lasagne, pasta and all served with 3 veg and Yorkshire pudding. Theres a choice of home made desserts and beautiful cakes but my favourite is apple crumble the best I have ever tasted. They do mixed fruit crumble to. If I've eaten to much I like to take a cake or crumble home with me for later? The prices are reasonable and the place is not massive but there are enough tables to seat quite a lot of diners. It is also spotless clean. It is well decorated and both Nicky and Chelsea can't do enough for you and are always friendly and they can soon get you laughing. I have taken people in for a bite to eat with us and they are all ways made welcome. Its situated opposite Lidles supermarket on Cromwell road and if you have been shopping and feeling hungry it's only a short journey 60 yards and you're there. It can be quite busy at dinner time and it might be a good idea to ring and book a table instead of just walking in and being disappointed if it's full. My disabled son, Jed, loves it. Staff are very helpful and patient with us. It's clean and tidy and the food's delicious, for a good price too! Lunch AND pudding for four cost only £22! :)

Cafe Han is a small family friendly Cafe/takeaway local to the Cromwell road area of Grimsby. It's a nicely decorated place with a clean modern look. It serves a good selection of hot and cold buns, jacket potatoes, cakes and snacks at reasonable prices. It has a small selection of homemade hot meals on offer,which include the usual fried breakfasts, they also had cottage pie, lasagne and roast beef and chicken dinner available on the day I visited,it also has a decent selection of good tea and coffees available.
The ladies who serve here are very friendly and cheerful and provide the table service.
The wheelchair access is good and the standard table and chairs layout are chair friendly, though the tables are a little close together. It has it's own restroom,parking isn't great here but there's some available in front of a shopping arcade nearby. I believe that it's cash only here.
They have a 5***** food hygiene rating.

I ordered a roast beef dinner,which comes with a tea or coffee here. The meal came after a short wait and comprised of a reasonable portion of beef accompanied by a really good selection of good quality fresh vegetables. I enjoyed my meal here today and it's a really pleasant and comfortable place to eat if you find yourself in this neck of the woods.
At £7.25 not overly expensive either given the quality of the service and food provided.
Brilliant café with great food made with quality produce. The owner has a clear passion for her café and it shows. The food is second only to the entertainment as the staff are constantly having a laugh with the customers. Fantastic atmosphere.

Café Han is a hidden gem amongst the sea of mediocre cafés. This café holds character in mind.
Many a cold mornings have been spent inside this establishment. Be it cold and wet or dry and scorching, the staff are always armed with a smile. The cuppas are cheap and the bacon buns are hot, what more could you ask for?
The prices are well within anyones means with a selection of cold and hot meals.
I would advise you spend your time and your money on this modern café.
