Good food at a very reasonable price. Good to see plenty of homemade cakes and quiches. The pork pie was delicious. Plenty of people were in but the service was still quick. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The dog was made very welcome. We have been many times and will definitely be coming back
I had stopped off before returning to Whitby on the glorious steam train and had an hour to fill. Hazelwood Tea Rooms was a short walk from the station. Excellent little tea room. Was busy when we were here but it was worth a little queueing. Had a pot of tea and a delicious pork pie. Looking at their website, they're only open Easter to October. (10:30 - 17:00)
A fabulous selection of food. The service was great and othing was a problem, and we got the kids left over wrapped up for a snack later. Will definitely visit again when we're in the area!
Lovely, lovely, lovely. Wonderful time sat in the beautiful garden, in beautiful sunshine eating beautiful quiche and GROSMONT TART.
