Wonderful quiche and salad. With latte. Staff carried tray outside for me as I'm disabled and with my Westie I needed assistance. Also came to see if I wanted any further cakes or drinks. Thanks

Great place to go for a brew and freshly baked fruit scone with jam and cream, which you go out into the garden and sit in the sun eating while watching the birds and butterflies swirling around the flowers.

We stop here for a break while riding our horses, glass of ice cold pop and fresh cream and jam scone and a very convenient grass verge for the horses, definitely best homemade scones this side of Yorkshire!! Xx

Good food at a very reasonable price. Good to see plenty of homemade cakes and quiches. The pork pie was delicious. Plenty of people were in but the service was still quick. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The dog was made very welcome. We have been many times and will definitely be coming back soon.

I had stopped off before returning to Whitby on the glorious steam train and had an hour to fill. Hazelwood Tea Rooms was a short walk from the station. I wasn't looking for anything in particular but found this delightful place. The young lady that served me was courteous and very welcoming. I ordered a ham sandwich and a scone with cream and jam. At last I found somewhere that had plain scones! I have read some reviews mentioning that the cream was not clotted but it really made no difference at all. The ham was delicious and the scone divine. It really was an excellent experience. Thank you!

Excellent little tea room. Was busy when we were here but it was worth a little queueing. Had a pot of tea and a delicious pork pie. Looking at their website, they're only open Easter to October. (10:30 - 17:00)

A fabulous selection of food. The service was great and othing was a problem, and we got the kids left over wrapped up for a snack later. Will definitely visit again when we're in the area!

Lovely, lovely, lovely. Wonderful time sat in the beautiful garden, in beautiful sunshine eating beautiful quiche and GROSMONT TART. Keep it up Hazelwood.
