Many developers all on one plot, taking different sections etc, so it's quite diverse in its variety and each in competition with other. The downpoint was that you're paying for the Mill Hill banner, but still just on the border in the middle of nowhere, not so much where the hustle and bustle and life of the Broadway or train station is or what you and I know as Mill Hill. Having said that, it has many attractions nearby, and very attractive prospects like a primary school with preschool within the development etc. But just wasn't for me, being too much into the rural side of Mill Hill.
One of the nicest developments around north London, very quite and self sustaining, lots of parks around, kids playgrounds a golf club and a gym, it is perfect for families with small children as there are quite a few good schools around.
Very lovely area, and the sales persons are more than happy to help.
Tranquil and high spec properties
Beautiful place ππππ
